As you travel down Moana Ave, it turns into Bisley Ave. At the bottom of the hill are cafes, restaurants, fast food franchises and Tahunanui Beach and reserve. Walking to the beach is approximately 20 minutes and a walk into Nelson City takes about 35 minutes with cafes and shopping on the way. Supermarkets, chemists and the like are only minutes away. There are also wonderful walks with stunning vistas throughout the hills as well as bike trails for those so inclined.

• Stairs - This is a two-storey home with entry, living, kitchen, dining and powder room (half bathroom) on the upper floor and 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms (including one ensuite) on the lower floor.
