Villa Marilia - Three Bedroom Villa, Sleeps 6

Villa Marilia is a must-see! Located not far from the Baths of Aphrodite, this beautiful property is a great choice for those wanting to explore the history and beauty of this stunning sunny island. Just 300m to the nearest coastal beach, Villa Marilia is great for long days spent relaxing at the beach, grab your beach towel and shades ready for a day soaking up the rays. You can walk along the beach to get to the centre of Latchi, where you'll find an array of beach bars, shops and restaurants.
Villa Marilia boasts a large 9x5m pool, a refreshing blue lined with sun loungers and boasting distant sea views from the righthand side of the terrace. Admire the views with a morning coffee as you catch a glimpse of boats sailing along the horizon. For alfresco dining there's a rattan dining table and portable BBQ for grilling up some tasty treats. Inside, there's a spacious open-plan living room and kitchen on the ground floor, complete with a smart TV and a balcony terrace offering more magnificent sea views. The kitchen is roomy, fully fitted with the latest appliances, and even a washing machine. A guest WC completes the ground floor whilst all three bedrooms are on the first floor. There's two ensuite bedrooms and one bedroom with access to a separate family bathroom. All benefit from cool air conditioning and a balcony terrace. 

The area where the villa is situated is hilly and mountainous. To access the villa there is a path which is 110cm wide, leading to 3 steps to the front door, the front door is 170cm wide. The lounge and kitchen/dining room doors are 150cm wide, there is a guest WC on the ground floor level. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 76cm wide, there are 3 steps from the path to the pool area, the path to the pool is 76cm wide. The outside grounds are flat and even. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor level. There are 18 steps leading to the first floor level.
