This luxury villa is located in a privileged area of Nerja with spectacular views of the mountains and the sea, but only ten minutes by car from the town center. From it you can enjoy nature, tranquility, and the comfort of a newly built house that has all kinds of amenities.
The house has four large and bright double bedrooms, each with its terrace and its bathroom. A spacious living room with windows that allow you to enjoy the stunning views at all times.
The upper area has a large terrace equipped with tables, chairs, sun loungers, a barbecue and a spectacular infinity pool.
And finally, in the lower part there is a covered leisure area, with a ping pong table and a pool table.
Of course, the villa has WIFI Internet, satellite TV, air conditioning in all rooms, private parking, different covered terraces, surroundings for walking in a rural environment, etc.
It is, in short, a perfect place to enjoy, both, a summer Nerja and to make it a home that allows to know the town, and its surroundings, in quieter and cooler times of the year. In addition, if you decide to book a longer stay in low season you can enjoy a discount on the total price.

The photos do not do this property justice as the location is nothing other than spectacular. We were a party of eight including two grandparents and four grown up children and there were no issues accommodating us all. Each bedroom has a dedicated en-suite one bath the others with showers. It is set over three levels with plenty of steps which was no issue but needs to be considered especially if anyone in the party isn’t able bodied. The plus side of this is the views of Nerja, the sea and the mountainous surrounding area which you have a 180 degree vista of from the top pool terrace. It is beautiful with plenty of places of interest nearby (a trip to Granada and Frigiliana is highly recommended) and amenities to satisfy everyone’s desires. Federico, the host is an absolute legend, you could not wish to meet a more responsive, helpful, accommodating and genuine guy. During our two week trip any small issues that arose were attended to immediately and his recommendations were brilliant. He made the trip even more memorable and we’re sure that we’ll meet again someday. Gracias Fede! So don’t delay, book today!

Fantastic villa with a great view

Me, my husband, our two daughters and their husbands and our 15 months old grandson stayed in the villa for one week. The villa has a great standard, 4 nice bedrooms, a great livingroom and kitchen. Three terraces were you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch and dinner with a great view. The poolarea was excellent. The landlord was very helpful, answering our questions along the way from the date we booked the villa until we left. I would really like to recommend this house and the landlord.

A Nerja Gem!

We were 2 couples looking to immerse ourselves into the southern Spain culture in a smaller city
 and Nerja is it! This villa is spectacular. Plenty of room for everyone and there are numerous outdoor spaces to enjoy at different times during the day. The views are stunning with breathtaking sunrises and sparkling evening lights from the city to watch while drinking a delicious Spanish Rioja! I highly recommend this villa!

Family celebrations

We had a fabulous holiday to celebrate family birthdays. The villa is lovely and views spectacular we never got tired of sitting admiring the vista! Federico our property manager was very helpful and suggested restaurants shops and taxis all of which we used. Any issues were quickly dealt with. We do feel it may be an idea to inform future customers of the steps and the road up to the villa as it could be a problem for less mobile people.

Fantastic Villa - top quality facilities, incredible views.

Had a superb week stay at the Villa with family (grandparents and kids aged 13 and 10). The Villa was stunning - finished to a high standard. Lots of space and large rooms. The views from all rooms were incredible, as it's set at the top of a hill. Fede and family were incredible helpful and answered and questions promptly.

Modern villa with spectacular views

A contemporary villa in a lovely residential area with absolutely amazing views! We were a group of 6 people both adults and children and we enjoyed a week of relaxing by the rooftop pool, meals and BBQs on the terrace and small excursions to the beach. The view from the villa is breathtaking and through the huge windows you never lose sight of the ocean, Nerja and the beautiful surroundings. The villa is located on the top of a mountain so steep hill but a reasonable short walk to the beach, some restaurants and bars. The contact with owner Federico was excellent from start to finish, professional, helpful, very friendly and he really went out of his way to make sure we had the best possible holiday. Highly recommend this villa to families, friends or anyone who wants to relax and enjoy some of the best views the area has to offer! Sincerely, Helena
