Set just 50 feet from the beach, this 3BR/2.5BA home offers 3,000 square feet of elegant living space and stunning ocean views from multiple floors.



After a day of sand and surf, return home to take in the sunset from the expansive back deck. The private balcony offers even more vistas and the perfect place to enjoy a crisp evening drink.



Indoors, bask in the warm ambience of the fireplace, or gather for movie night in the den.



LIVING AREA



Relax in the living area, featuring a gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, reading nook, and a dry bar. Doors open to the back deck.



The den has a flat-screen TV and a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, microwave, and a sink.



The loft offers yet another living area, complete with gorgeous ocean views and a sleeping futon.

Nice place - not responsive management

The place is excellent location with lots of room. We enjoyed how close to the beach and center of activity in Neskowin. The house is older and has some wear and tear but good for a family vacation.The garage has fun games for kids. This is however, where we had an issue. The previous guests must have had a lot of people or a get together. There were 8 bags of trash missed in the garage. I can understand missing them. I reached out to management and was referred to the local team. I was asked to take the 8 bags out to the bins. There are several signs warning of bear activity and not to leave out trash. I explained to the management via text and chat that the trash would not fit in the two small bins. Also, sent photos and explained it was a lot of trash.My husband looked at the trash again and there were many liquids in the bags and they were very full. I responded to management that I didn’t want to touch the trash and they could come and remove it from the garage. This began a back and forth for 2 days of repeatedly asking for the trash to be picked up and being told to take it out ourselves. The trash became smelly and we did not use the garage again.I asked for a call from a manager to talk with them, but never received a call after asking twice. I just received canned responses and kept being told to just take it out myself.

Neskowin home

We love Neskowin’s beach and this home provided not only easy access but also a view of the beach. Very comfy beds and nicely appointed kitchen. The main level rooms on 2nd level are the most used and in the best shape. The lower level and top level could use some updating, and the windows could use cleaning, especially the screens, plus a number of the window shades cords are not functioning properly, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Girls Beach Weekend

The house was a perfect fit for our group! I would definitely stay here again, but we had a few issues that should be easily resolved. Not enough towels in the kitchen. There are two Murphy beds but no linens. And there was a clump of hair on the wall of the shower so it had obviously not been cleaned.

Enjoyed our stay. Proximity and views of the beach were excellent. A few sliding doors didn’t work smoothly and a few shades were missing cords. Rental company was very responsive. Overall a great rental!

Well stocked and beautiful home

The thing that impressed me even more than the breathtaking views and proximity to the beach was just how well stocked this home was with everything we could have needed. The beds were very comfy, everything was clean and well-arranged.

Destination Wedding

Son was married on the beach and our family stayed at this lovely property. Walking distance to everything in the small quaint town. Of Neskowin. The property was equipped with everything that we needed. Very well organized and a place for everything in the cabinets. Space for family to spread out. Would come back for an extended stay to get out of the heat of AZ in the summer!

Spacious, great location, well stocked. Located on the less busy north side of town. Many little extras for kids. Had trouble getting the living room TV to work. Would have liked written instructions available. Also needed sheets for the futon upstairs. Did not realize there were Murphy beds available. Please list that in your description. Great rental overall. Enjoyed our stay.

We’ve done many coast rentals, but this was hands down the best. Location: This is one house away from the beach access. The kids went barefoot across gravel slowly because it was so close. Beach access had big rock steps descending the dune stabilization rocks—most of neskowin is like this. The beach waves were a little intimidating at the house with a large riptide current warning, especially at high tide. Walking half a mile south will land you closer to proposal rock, with a kid friendly stream to play in. House details: This house had ample space, lots of kids toys, books, sand toys, wii, garage full of more toys, ping pong table, arcade basketball hoop, skimboard, and a few folding chairs. The most surprising part was how many extra beds this place has. The big credenzas in living room and den? Those are folding beds with super comfortable mattresses! There are trundle beds under the bunks! I counted a total capacity of 16, but bathrooms will be super tight. For noise: the first floor sound doesn’t really carry up to second floor, but from second to third, there’s no door. The top floor has beautiful views of the ocean and the waves can drown out some noises. The master bedroom is on second floor and can hear the dining room/living room noise Kitchen: had nice dishes, spices, coffee grinder. The owners put thought into outfitting the place elegantly and didn’t fill with cheap junky stuff. Management: they helped address over full garbage and were very clear on early checkin (none) or late checkout (extra fee). I even got an offer a week prior to extend the stay by one day for a discount since it was available. Instead of a guest information book there’s a tablet, which we didn’t really use. Hope this is useful. Have a great time!
