Luxury Oceanfront Townhome with Panoramic View at Proposal Rock!

Enjoy the quiet beauty of Neskowin. This small town may very well be the nicest town on the Oregon coast. Its quaint neighborhoods, 7 miles of beautiful beach and rolling hills, yummy Hawk Creek Cafe and quiet ambience all present you with a truly memorable experience. Only 8 miles south is Lincoln City where you can enjoy the outlet malls, casino, golfing, crabbing, etc. To the North just a few miles is Pacific City where you can experience sand dunes, the Pelican Brew Pub, great restaurants, shopping, etc.

Our spacious1500 square foot condo is located within one block of the beach of Neskowin, directly in front of picturesque Proposal Rock. It has a master suite with king-size bed, tub and shower in the adjoining bath, a second guest bedroom with queen-size bed, second full bath also with tub and shower, as well as a king-sized sofa sleeper in the living room. You can enjoy the large, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and full-size laundry room The large deck has a panoramic view of the beach, Proposal Rock, and the rolling hills of Neskowin. What better place to relax and enjoy family, friends and a fantastic ocean view.

This condo is a short walk from the beach and also a short walk from Neskowin Market and the delicious Hawk Creek Café. You can dine in at the Cafe or order takeout and watch the sunset on the deck. Also within walking distance are two nice golf courses.

This is a very nice property. Very clean, nice views and very comfortable. The high beds were difficult for my short wife to climb into, so the couch in the living room she used was quite comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped and quite large. Nice dining area and wonderful living room that was a great conversation area for our group. Overall a very positive experience

Neskowin is our summer 'go-to' beach with our grandkids. This beautiful townhome was as good as it gets. The location and view were perfect; the furnishings were very comfortable and the kitchen well-supplied. The owner was gracious and helpful in his communications. A very good experience that I hope to repeat next year.

Lovely townhouse convenient to everything

Home is perfectly situated for convenient access to the beach, small local store, restaurant and ice cream stop.Communication by owner of check-in details and home guidelines was timely and clear. The home is clean and kitchen is well stocked with kitchen accessories for cooking.Tip: make sure to bring your own cooking condiments, olive oil, aluminum foil, cling wrap, etc. Previous renters may leave things, but it is not intentionally stocked.This will be our preferred accommodations for future Neskowin trips. A little reluctant to recommend just because I selfishly want it to remain affordable and available for my future visits.

One of the nicest properties we have stayed at. Very large with lots of space. Deck overlooks a creek and Proposal Rock along with the ocean. Easy beach access. Very peaceful and quiet.

Two friends and I head to the coast at least once a year and this has been my favorite stay yet! Dan was GREAT to communicate with and was a prompt responder and willing to work with me when I had a question. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked and the distance to the beach was perfect. Beds were comfy and they've thought of everything! We will definitely be back!

Beach Escape

Wonderful location, beautiful view and a very well appointed place to spend the week..We had everything we needed including a spice rack and various oils and condiments, which were a nice surprise when cooking. We had family staying in the adjacent building and the proximity was perfect. We would love to stay here again.

Quick beach getaway

We had a last minute opportunity to stay out at the beach and we were lucky to find this place! It was beautiful! Perfectly located with the beach just steps away and food and a shop right there as well. And a delicious ice cream truck! The house itself was way bigger than we expected! We were pleasantly surprised to walk into vaulted ceilings and an open concept. It was beautifully decorated and sparkling clean. Dan was always very communicative and we didn't have any issues. Everything was seamless and we would definitely rebook and highly recommend!

Great stay near beach and in quiet town

Spacious and clean apartment. Great location with views of Proposal Rock, river, and tides coming in and out. Quiet town that was relaxing to come back to after venturing up and down the coast. We'd definitely come back.

Perfect quiet getaway

Clean, perfect location, spacious layout. Beds very comfortable but pillows definitely need to be replaced. Could use more clothes hangers too. Laundry was great to have, and all other supplies and kitchen stock were great. Will rent again!
