Welcome to your dreamy beach vacation! Neskowin North home is in a quiet, gated, cul-de-sac, and features a spacious single-level layout with amazing views and an oceanfront hot tub. This home has a cozy, but open layout with oceanviews from almost every room. The kitchen is modern and updated with nice appliances, upgraded finishes and a fun breakfast bar. The living room has cozy furnishings and a wood stove (wood provided). There is direct access to the oceanfront deck and hot tub. This home is nicely stocked with relaxing books and games. Garage is accessible for parking and storage.

The location of this lovely beachfront home is unique, quiet and desirable. The gated Neskowin North neighborhood is small, private and features direct, low bank beach access onto miles of unpopulated beaches. The nearby village of Neskowin is a nice walk or bikeride away and has some well-loved amenities like the Hawk Creek Cafe, Neskowin Trading company (grocery and deli), and the Neskowin Beach Golf Course. If you are looking for that secluded, away-from-it-all, perfect beach home, this is it.

Cancellation Policy:
1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 14 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).

Occupancy Note:
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.

Quiet Getaway

We loved our quiet trip at the beach. No need to get back in the car for the duration of our stay as the house and beach were all we needed. We will be back!

Beautiful Home

We had a group of 6 adults and everyone loved the home. The beds were all super comfortable. The location right on the beach is perfect and not too far from town. The hot tub was a bit small for our liking if that is a big deal for you. Management was friendly and quick to answer questions. We would definitely rent this home again!

This location is so very special. Makes you feel like you're on a private beach. The connection to the beach grass and rolling waves from the primary spaces is stunning. Soak in the ocean vibe from the soaker tub. Lots of firewood cut and ready for the wood stove. Well equipped kitchen. We'll be back!

Great location; easy walk directly to beach. The house is well stocked in the kitchen and has really comfortable furniture. The primary suite is outstanding with an attached bath featuring a really large shower, stand alone tub, and heated floors. All the windows from the primary suite face the ocean. The directions for access were clear, and Kiwanda Properties communicated very well. I received prompt responses from them to any query I sent. This location is a bit remote, so we made sure we came with all the food we needed. Our daughter, her husband, and daughter did go eat at the local cafe and enjoyed it. It was a comfortable stay for us all. (4 adults, two children)

Lovely Beach home in the Lovely small community of Neskowin

This newly refurbished home in a gated community was perfect for our family gathering of 4 adults and two children. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need for cooking including many small appliances. Very generous storage through out the home including a large utility room and the use of the two car garage, which we appreciated for all our bikes. Home has a very nice deck looking out to the ocean with furniture , new BBQ and hot tub. Home had lots of games and puzzles along with a very nice TV. The home is right next to the gated community’s beach access, which can be a bit distracting if privacy is important to you. We had a wonderful family time and would come back to this property at another time

Perfection!

This home is in a quiet gated community with lovely views and access to the beach. The kitchen is appointed with great pans, pots and all the tools you will need for your stay. Very comfortable and lovely. The property management company was very responsive and easy to work with.
