First off, the room was so small. I could barely fit my 4 bags. We were a family of four; and with 4 huge bags, there was no space for us to move an inch. Bathroom had poor water drainage. We woke up late in the morning and missed breakfast.. when my husband went to grab some fruits for my 3 year old son, the person at the front desk mentioned that he would charge us for 1 apple and 1 banana. My husband agreed and went and got the fruits. The manager was like- oh, I didnt know you were staying here. Thought you were a pedestrian. This comment was veru discriminating. Not expected this kind of a service. Hugely disappointed

The Hotel was excellent, however we were charged twice for the stay as Hotels.com had not passed the payment to the hotel. Our account has been debited by Hotels.com however we had to pay again.
