This property has a wonderful view of the balloons. The most comfy beds, beautiful showers and the rooms were beautifully heated after a cool day outside. The staff were very friendly and helpful, spoke good English and had perfect restaurant recommendations

The property was amazing. I got the room with the panorama view of the valleys. You can see the hot air balloons flying by in the morning.

It’s good place overall

The city was very beautiful. The hotel is like a cave and not very pleasant to stay for family in terms of cleanliness but overall it’s okay place. However, I wouldn’t choose to go again. The staff is very very good, they are friendly and helpful.

Beautiful hotel, great attention. The entrance is a little bit dangerous when it is snowing. When we arrived we felt not everybody would be capable to go down those stairs.

This is a very nice small hotel with delightful rooms and quirky decorations. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, location is great. Only possible drawback is that it is on several levels with steep steps. An elderly member of our party struggled a bit but the staff went out of their way to help
