David was great! He was very responsive and went over and beyond to accommodate us. The 2 bedroom condo was spacious and very clean. The location was perfect right in downtown New Bern in a revitalized safe area. It was within walking distance to Morgan's Grill and Baker's Kitchen which are two excellent restaurants. The price was very reasonable for the accommodations and the area! I highly recommend it!

I stay at one of David's units any time I am in New Bern. The location is perfect - walking distance to EVERYTHING, and the condos are always clean and welcoming. David is very easy to communicate with and answers all correspondence promptly.

Great location in town near a lot of great restaurants and cute little shops. The condo was spotless, beds comfortable, very quiet. There is a steep staircase to get to the unit. Would definitely come back for another stay.

Kitchen was big and nice. A few small things. - Portable dishwasher was not actually connected to water source and so couldn't be used, but there was nothing to let us know that. It was actually plugged in; we left it unplugged.- A teakettle would have been nice as it would notify us when water we put on the stove reached the boiling point.- The toaster was very cheap and burned toast on the top while not cooking the toast in the middle. This happened multiple times.- It would be helpful if there was a list of what the cable channels were. This is typically always provided in any type of rental.Enjoyed the stay; location was excellent.

Really amazing little secret hideaway!!! My brother and I stayed there and the two beds/baths were perfect for us. Location: perfect. Comfort: perfect. I will definitely stay there again for sure!!! The only drawback was the long flight of stairs...treacherous in heels but I managed! Thanks for everything!

Great Location! Very nice condo that is well furnished. Parking is not clearly marked and behind the building with no rear entrance - however there was plenty of parking on the street with no charge Friday afternoon through Monday morning. Nice to be able to view the clock tower, but beware the clock towers bells ring starting at 8am and throughout the day.

Super clean and great location. Be aware if you are a late sleeper that the clock tower chimes at 8 AM. Very comfortable furniture. So grateful for the washer and dryer (always necessary when traveling with kids!).
