This is merely a room in someone's home. It should be identified that way in the listing. It is NOT a hotel room. It's a guest room in that man's condo and he is living there while you are there. It's not an AirBnB because you are not alone. What he calls "the common area" is his living room. That picture of the living room is HIS LIVING ROOM. The kitchen has dishes in the drying pan. He is sitting in the living room at his computer. There is no phone number and I could not find it because I kept looking for "Cypress Fairway Village" That is the name of the condos and his home is #11 where I stayed. It was 8:30 and dark. He says there is no front desk. No kidding. There is no Fairway Village Inn. It's condo #11. But the number is not lit so you can't see the #11. I thought it was room 11. Nope it's not a stand alone motel room. It's his guest room in his condo that he rents out. If people are okay with this arrangement that might be fine. But it needs to be advertised that way.
