The Space:

This is a family friendly complex. Quiet hours are STRICTLY enforced between 10 PM- 9 AM.



New mattresses! Enjoy our brand new 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo at Rio Guadalupe Condominiums located on a scenic stretch of the Guadalupe River with breathtaking views and direct river access! Our first floor condo offers a large private patio with comfortable furniture and a private grill. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening while enjoying the river and our beautiful canyon views. You’ll want to spend your afternoons tubing, rafting, kayaking, canoeing, fishing, swimming or simply relaxing in a chair in the water watching tubers go by. Rio Guadalupe Resort will shuttle you wherever you would like to go. Rio Guadalupe Resort is located right next if you want to rent tubes with shuttle service. You can also take a dip in our brand new pool. There is something to do for everyone.



Our condo is not just a rental, it is our home away from home. It comes fully furnished with flat screen TVs in the master bedroom and in the living room, WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen including toaster, blender, coffee maker, and more. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed with premium sheets and bedding and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has two full beds. Guest bathroom is conveniently located near the living room and second bedroom. High quality linens are provided for all beds and bathrooms. The condo sleeps six comfortably. This condo is on the first floor with great views of the Guadalupe River.



Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. This condo comes with 2 parking passes and 6 wristbands. If you have more than 2 vehicles there is parking less than 1 mile away. No trailers, campers or RV's allowed. No portable grills or open flames. No smoking inside the condo or on the patio. No pets allowed. Family friendly condo with no tolerance for profanity or vulgar music. This condo has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed.



**WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED*** These condos are individually owned and the owners graciously allow their "second homes" to be rented out and enjoyed! The HOA of the complex had laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time. Because of the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers. The security guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces. WORD permit #L1364

Great spot for floating and close to Whitewater

Rio Guadalupe Condominiums are a fun little spot right on the river. It's perfect for enjoying the Guad and very close to the amphitheater. The condo is spacious and they make it easy by providing tubes. A great way to enjoy the water and a show.

Amazing

This condo was perfect! Such beautiful decor. The location was awesome, the river was low so we could just put our chair out in the water and enjoy the beauty of the river, the cliff and the sunshine. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It was clean and all the neighbors were so nice. I would recommend this condo to anyone and we can not wait to stay here again!

Nice and roomy, we went in and out throughout the door and the place kept cool, and literal steps to both the river and pool. Loved the fact it’s in a secluded part of river road. We went towards the end of September and it was soooo nice. It wasn’t crowded at all. The best part was being able to get in at the horseshoe and then float down to the house!!! We had the best time!

The property was somewhat secluded in finding it at first but once you were there the gated community was nice. Also, being right on the Guadalupe was great! It was a convenient location to get around the Hill Country Area. The Condo was decorated well and had all the amenities we needed as well as being nice and clean. I would recommend it to a friend or relative.

Great River Spot

We had a great time on the river. The Happy Cow Condo was well appointed and very clean. The river was right there, beautiful, and a blast. There was wild water fowl and deer to see too. It had was a perfect place to tube with little ones, we could tube from the condo, down to a ramp a sort distance away, and walk back. The kids had fun at the pool too, which was clean and had a bathroom. The property is noisy though. While everyone was respectful of quiet hours, non-quiet hours can be noisier than ideal if you are looking for some solitude away at the river. Its a great way to make new vacation friends though.

I texted the company and they said the would send someone out there, but never did. Luckily my sister and her family were staying in the same condo unit. Our beds, made creaking noises every toss and turn through out the night in which was not a pleasant night stay.

Location was great for us. Spent time on Canyon Lake, hiking at Guadalupe River State park and at Canyon Lake's Guadalupe River Trail, or just floating right in front of the condo on the Guadalupe. Grilling was great right on the patio. Easy turnkey property to fully relax with family and friends.Property mgmt company was very responsive and purchase and checkin processes were so simple. Even at night when I couldn't figure out the Roku, they immediately responded to help me out. They were great to deal with and will use them again.

Even though the water flow was not ideal, we thoroughly enjoyed our 3 day visit. The condo was as presented, and the staff of New Braunfels Escapes was very helpful and hospitable through the process. The only issue we had was with the beds in the condo. As soon as you sat on the bed to lay down, there was noise with every movement. Every time you moved, the beds made a loud screeching noise. This was the case with all 3 beds in the 2 bedrooms. Everything else was great, and we will definitely try the condos again, and work with New Braunfels Escapes again.

Nice weekend stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a nice stay. The condo needs attention for a few minor things. The kitchen. Is in desperate need of a restock. There was no frying pan and only two tiny cutting boards. The mattresses in the guest bedroom are absolutely horrible. The grill would not turn up past the lowest flame setting and it took about an hour for hamburgers and hotdogs to cook. We finally had to take them inside and finish on a griddle that we brought (thank goodness because there was no pan to cook them in). That being said The rental was clean and the location was great! Love the condo complex and convenience to the water. If your looking for privacy though the patios and balconies are open to the neighbors.

Two month stay at RG 108 Happy Cow Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we were happy with our experience staying in Unit 108. This was our third year in the unit. But there are small things, simple things that need to be addressed by the owner or the property management that have been ongoing for three years. We don’t know who is responsible to correct these things. One would not notice these things if you only stayed a few days or a week. An example would be the in the kitchen drawers. There are bowls and lids but the lids don’t fit anything. There are items that are not useable. Another example is the speed chain in the living room fan has been pulled out for the three years we’ve been there. We don’t know who is responsible but feel it should be corrected !
