Welcome to Harbor country.
Our area is home to the magnificent Lake Michigan coastal towns, fantastic restaurants, national parks, breweries and wineries.
This sprawling five bedroom, 2-1/2 bathroom, colonial home built in 1887 is the perfect place for you and your family or group of friends.
Enter this vintage home from either of the two front porches, both are ideal for your morning coffee or evening glass of wine, and you will be amazed at what you see.
The first floor includes a large king bedroom with smart tv and cedar closet. Next is our full bathroom with tub/shower. Our dining room has seating for 6 and next to it is our cozy living room that has comfortable seating, a smart tv with cable and a view to our courtyard and pool. Next there is a large gourmet kitchen that includes an island with seating for 6 and a breakfast nook that can accommodate 7. This luxury, state-of-the art, spacious kitchen is truly a show piece and a great place to gather. A truly gourmet kitchen with top notch appliances lots of cabinets and counter space. Virtually everything you need has been thought of. Also, a fantastic server/bar cart and a Samsung, The Frame 55" tv with cable. Just off the kitchen is a large laundry room and powder room.

On the second floor you will find 4 bedrooms and bathroom. The first bedroom is beyond large and includes 3 twin beds, one king bed, a full sleeper sofa and smart tv, popular place for kids to hang out in. Second bedroom has a king bed and includes a desk and large closet, third bedroom is a queen and the last bedroom has two twin beds. The bathroom includes a tiled, walk-in shower which is next to a large linen closet filled with towels.
Our courtyard is truly a centerpiece for all you need. Dive into our 15x32 saltwater heated pool with tanning shelf, enjoy our 8-10 person jacuzzi. You also might want to relax by the fire-pit in one of our 8 Adirondack chairs with a glass of a local wine or micro-brew. There is also plenty of space for outdoor games both inside the yard as well in our oversized side lot.
This open concept house plan allows for plenty of room for the kids to be entertained while you sit back, relax and enjoy Pure Michigan.
This location is ideal in so many ways- we are just a couple blocks to Brewster's Italian or waterside fine dining at Bentwood Tavern or The Terrace Room. From our home you'll enjoy the very short walk to downtown New Buffalo and the beach.

Also we are just an hour away from Chicago by car or Amtrak, you'll soon be steps away to all the conveniences of Harbor Country. Hop on a shuttle to Four Winds Casino, or a short drive to Blue Chip Casino and the Outlet Mall. A great place to take walks to town or the beach as well as bike riding. Tour the wineries and micro-breweries and so much more. Whether you are planning an all-adult trip or a family getaway this home sleeps 14 comfortably and is the perfect compliment to any of your planned activities.

For your information the local ordinance has quiet hours at 10pm and we ask that our guests respect that as we live on a quiet residential block. For that reason we do not allow bachelor or bachelorette parties.

Also we have added an exterior camera to monitor the exterior of our home for liability reasons for our insurance. It is located at the side of driveway. There are absolutely no cameras located inside the house or facing the pool.

Pool will be closed mid Sept till mid May - hot tub is open year round.

Also, City of New Buffalo passed an ordinance, effective 6/14/21, that limits parking to 4 cars maximum, limits number of guests to 14, enforces the noise ordinance and requires a Reservation Summary. That form requests the full name and date of birth for the main contact, full name and age of each guest, and make, model and license plate number (including State) for each car that will be on the property. That form needs to be in the city’s hand no less than 24 hours before reservation.
