Check in a total debacle. Requested quiet room. Room not quiet however a quiet side room was being cleaned. Checked & was good. After 30 minutes came back and told that room now not available & another room ( closer to noisy I95) being readied. Started looking for another hotel when helpful male staff member went to trouble on my behalf. Woman in reception from 3pm onwards more interested in her phone than customers. Arrived reception just prior to 3pm & in room 5:35pm. Won’t be back!
