This hotel is a good version of standard issue with an above-average breakfast and an attractive indoor pool. It is hard to find at night and could use a light on the sign at the entrance. There is a brightly lit Hilton across the road, and Waze doesn't make clear where the Holiday Inn is, so I wasted time trying to check into the wrong hotel.

Overall, our experience was between OK and good beds were comfortable. Shower was hot with good pressure. Some of the odd issues were the light switch entering the bedroom did not turn anything on or off and two outlets did not have power. Inside of microwave had not been cleaned. One of the light switches in the bathroom didn’t work however maintenance did fix that when I mentioned it to one of the morning counter staff despite her looking at me like I was bothering her.

It was a good stay however Toilet water was black Friday then someone came up and fixed it then on Saturday no hot water at night till Sunday morning. I couldn't take a shower before check out do to the freezing water.

A lovely hotel experience

Stayed with 6 kids and the two room suite was lovely. It had a sink in the dinette and everything was very clean. The rooms were split and they each had a TV which made it easy to have two programs on to appease both older and younger kids. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The washer and dryer room was awkwardly small.

Loved it !

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Supplied us with soap , shampoo , conditioner etc. Every-time I made a call to the front desk they were supportive and cared for all my needs. Pool was nice and warm Food was delicious, the chefs were very nice & respectful. Each morning there was a different selection of hot and fresh food .

The staff was very nice. The hallway carpets need replacing and are coming up in some areas. The pool was very nice perfect temperature. The 2 men running the breakfast each morning were outstanding!!! The breakfasts were nice. The employees deserve to work in a building that is nice so please do the upgrades that it needs! Again, very nice housekeeping staff, front desk and breakfast staff!!!

This week was my first visit to the property although my third visit to CT. After some curiosity, I discovered the area of Milford and Stratford where the property was my best choice to learn about the area. The rooms are clean and spacious with a mini microwave oven and refrigerator for keeping food fresh and to heat it up. Handy, with Walmart almost in walking distance too. The snack shop was and the delicious breakfast was a perk. Hoping to be back to the area and will likely stay there. Thank you.
