The helpful staff, clean rooms, great customer service at front desk. I spilled a cup of coffee and knocked on the kitchen door to ask for the mop. She would not allow me to do it which I thought was very nice, she said no ma’am I’ve got. I told her I was raised to clean after myself she said she was too but proceeded to mop, with no problem it was awesome 💞

The room is spacious and extremely clean. Everything is provided, kitchen ware, soaps, extra blankets. Waters and cookies were given at the front desk. Room is really spotless and smelled great. Beds are comfortable. The only thing is having hot coffee in the lobby. Coffee bar is there but the coffee was cold coming out of the vats. And it would be nice to have a larger cart to haul our things up to the room. Plenty of small carts which was nice but 1 large one would have been good to use. But great little snacks to buy. The staff is really nice as well. Would give this a 5 out of 5.

I took away one star because of breakfast. They provided yogurt, fruit, muffins, coffee, tea, and juice. I would rather more "hot breakfast" options such as waffles, eggs etc.
