The room was lovely and the staff great. I was disappointed that the restaurant was closed for a private event. I got in a bit late and could not eat or get a glass of wine. They were nice enough to let me go to the bar and get a glass of wine but I felt like the bar should have remained open to other guests.

Amazing stay. Breakfast was very limited unfortunately and the tv kept turning on (we couldn’t find the remote) and my wife and appreciated how the staff and restaurant went above and beyond for her birthday. We will return.

We’ve stayed at the Blake at least three times, and the facility is always nicely kept up. It’s convenient to be able to walk to Yale as well as all the shops and restaurants that New Haven has to offer. Parking is hit or miss and the rooms can be noisy on the weekend.

This is a nice hotel conveniently close to campus. No breakfast offered, but there's a kitchenette which is very well appointed. The rooms are quiet and clean. Overall prefer this hotel to its main competitor The Study as rooms are nicer and it's on a side street vs a main drag.
