Very dirty. Shoes stuck to bathroom floor. Springs in the mattress poked up almost through the mattress. Window wouldnt lock with screen broke. The whole place stunk.

The place is a dump!!! Front desk personal is rude - the very first thing out of their mouth when asked anything was "you booked thru Expedia - look at your reservation" The place was so bad they offered to move me to another room with a view of the back of McDonalds and Bob Evans and the parking lot - at least the room I was in had a view of the river - even though the window was dirty - I left a day earlier than I planed because I just wanted out of there - we I told them I was leaving a day early they screamed "you booked through expedia and you will be charged for the day" could not even give me a bill upon checkout because "booked through expedia"

This was a huge fail for my husband & myself...when we arrived i had to wait until someone came to desk.the gentleman was kind of rude & wasnt very helpful .Once we got to the room it smelled stale & wasnt very clean..bed was horrible with poking springs... furniture was from 70's and so was decor..Not a place you teally want to go ..very dissatisfied with this experience.Total thumbs down 👎

Six of us had reservations stay here. No one was at the front desk, but there was a sign stating we should ring the bell for service. One of us rang the bell and someone came flying out from the back, telling us to leave. Screaming and yelling. Once we told him we had reservations, he was super rude throughout the whole check-in experience. We get to our rooms and there were bed bugs all over. Absolutely disgusting. The parking lot was literally empty, besides r vehicles. Now I know why. Steer clear of this disgusting place with rude hosts.

Breakfast bar nothing but sugar

Well, the pool wasn’t functioning and hot tub was not working either. He said the heater was down. That was the most disappointing part of the whole stay and the breakfast was nothing but pure sugar almost everything across-the-board no fruit just offers pop tarts things like that danishes was not very healthy breakfast foods.

I accidentally booked the wrong dates for a trip, Expedia contacted hotel for a refund or change of dates and the Hotel refused. VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS PLACE.

We had a great stay for my family reunion, which was only a mile away. Only bad thing was the pool and hot tub were closed, and we were really looking forward to using them. We will be back next year, and hoping they will be up and running then!
