The Staff was beyond friendly and professional. From the moment we walked in it felt very welcoming. I come to new orleans a lot , this was my first time staying here and it wont be my last. I highly recommend, the value is beyond what you pay. Its located literally around the corner from Bourbon street so you centrally located near shops, restaurants and some attractions.

Old hotel. Most of the staff was excellent. Check-in time is 4pm but it was close to 5:30 before we could get into our room. Needs new mattresses, towels, toilets (really low), tub had porcelain chips, rust and faucet never stopped dripping. Ice machine broken on 2 floors.

Choose a city view room, but my view was a brick wall. No tissue in the bathroom when arrived and they upcharged the bill. This hotel is a scam. Great location but not worth it. Valet took 25 minutes to retrieve my car at 6 in the morning. Valet was $49 per day )way too much) and they charged me $59 a day on my bill! Scammers at Crowne Plaza. Watch your receipt!

Crown plaza is in a great location but not worth the price. The room was outdated, no tissue was in the room when we arrived, the shower did not get hot and the tub took 20 mins to drain when showering. Valet was $49 per day and took over 25 minutes to retrieve our car. We will definitely go back to N.O. but we will not be staying at the Crown Plaza.

Very dated. Toilets were horrible and ran all night long. Our room was very dank and smelled terrible. We could get head people in other rooms talking and fighting all night long all three nights we stayed

This property is only good because of the location. It’s literally around the corner from all the entertainment. Check in was 4pm my room wasn’t ready until 5:40pm. The room wasn't cleaned it had stained sheets and stained towels. The staff are very friendly and professional I will say that.

The hotel is very convenient to the French Quarter. And if you’re season ticket holders to the Saints like we are, going to a football game at the Caesar Superdome is quick and easy. The lobby of the hotel is very clean and has great decor. The staff is very nice and it has a very nice restaurant that is connected to it. My room was on the 11th floor and the hallway to my room seem to have a trail of crumbs running down it that stayed there for the three days/two nights that I was there. The room was spacious and comfortable however, it wasn’t cleaned like my mama would clean it and how I was taught to clean. The chair at the desk needed to be wiped down, the nightstand didn’t seem to be cleaned off with any Windex, and the occasional chair that was next to the bed needed a good scrubbing. It had something on it that I would not touch or put my precious bottom on. If my room, which was an upgraded by the way, had been cleaner, I probably would recommend this hotel. But because there are so many choices, so many hotels in the French Quarter, I a not going to stay there again.

It was horrid! We had a hair on the toilet right when we walked in. We booked a suite with windows and got a smaller suite we didn’t book with no windows. The shower/tub wouldnt drain when we showered so we were basically standing in our own filth. It was a disgusting experience. We asked for towels and never received new ones. My best friend was on floor 14. Someone pulled the fire alarm. Drunk college kids knocking on everyone doors 🚪 and waking them up.
