Beautifully renovated, super clean stately home in Milan neighborhood of New Orleans, just blocks from St. Charles Avenue and the Garden District! Four king beds and one queen in this home, and its a brand new renovation as well, completed in 2022. Huge backyard, off-street parking, and so much more. Great for groups.

This five-bedroom Airbnb located in New Orleans is a beautifully renovated stately home in the Uptown neighborhood. The home is super clean and has been recently renovated in 2022, making it a brand new and fresh space for guests to enjoy. The Milan neighborhood is a quiet and peaceful area in New Orleans, just blocks from St. Charles Avenue and the Garden District. Gastgeber hat sehr schnell auf Anfragen reagiert und sich sehr bemĂŒht die Kleinigkeiten auszubĂŒgeln, die uns aufgefallen sind. (Z.b. etwas wenig Besteck oder defekte Beleuchtung im Bad)Das Haus ist schön groß und durch die NĂ€he zur Straßenbahn gut gelegen. Die Ausstattung war ok.

House was spacious and clean. Only two blocks from St. Charles Ave and the streetcar line, so very convenient. Property management company was communicative/ helpful but we still had privacy during our stay. Only issues are that table in the kitchen/ dining area was very wobbly and the house is not on the nicest street, but we never felt unsafe.

We went to New Orleans for a work conference with 5 coworkers. The house worked out great, plenty of room and enough driveway parking for 2 cars. The road was a little loud at night but didn't seem to keep anyone awake. Overall a great experience. Thanks!

Beds were comfortable. Spacious rooms. Living room furniture not comfortable. Kitchen has sparse supplies. Big irritant, a day after you confirm, they send you an email requesting copy of passport or drivers license. Never requested before.

Clean place

Place was clean, had lots of space, close easy walk to st charles street car, Louisiana st is busy during the day but overall pretty quiet at night, driveway is small and people tend to park blocking part of the entrance at times so it can be hard to get in the driveway

Comfortable, convenient stay

The house was a very nice size and had ample bedrooms and full baths. Comfortable beds and cool street-facing balcony in the master! The backyard was a great space, we all went out and stargazed every night! The unit was only a few blocks from the trolley station which made getting to the French Quarter so easy! My only small criticisms were the downstairs bath had no hot water and the house was missing some basic essentials (iron/board, blender, broom /vacuum). We would definitely stay again!
