The Neighborhood:
The Marigny is a safe, friendly, and laid-back area, rated as one of the top 10 hippest neighborhoods in the country by the "New Yorker" magazine. You will be in the middle of the Marigny/Bywater buzz, a short 5-6 minute walk to Frenchmen and about a 15 minute stroll to the French Quarter, this central location is an ideal home base for your vacation. You don’t need to go far to discover why this neighborhood is a hidden gem — some of the best bars, restaurants, and art galleries in NOLA are close by.
All guests after booking will receive a list of recommendations including local's favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.
Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by foot, bike, or Uber. Depending on your stride, the French Quarter is 10-15 minutes walking or a short Uber away. But many, especially locals, prefer to spend time on Frenchman St. (a 5 minute walk) or in local galleries, restaurants, bars, and cafes in the Marigny and Bywater. Walking in this neighborhood is quite safe and common at all hours of the day and night. Use your common sense when coming and going late at night and take a taxi or Uber/Lyft if you are ever in doubt.

–We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group!
BUSINESS DISCLAIMERS
–We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.
–We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information.
–We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only.
–We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment.
–Pets are not allowed at this property.
–Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted.
–We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.
