Deborah,Thank you for taking the time to rate our hotel. Our deposit and policies are listed on the website. As a non petfriendly hotel we have to check with guests regarding their dogs as we are not equipped for animals. We follow ADA guidelines with our questions and do our best to accomodate our guests. The 250 waiver includes smoking, damages, and pets that are not service animals. I hope this clears up any misunderstandings. We appreciate your feedback.

Wifi in room 202 was slow to non-existent. If you need Wifi try for a room in the middle of the building, it may possibly be better there. I travel a lot and this was as bad as it gets. If you have 5G on your phone, that's what you'll be using. The staff were very nice. The beds were adequate. Bedding/pillows was much better than average. Even though it's close to I-10 I heard no traffic. I didn't have the breakfast so I can't comment on it. Several fast-food and sit-down restaurants within walking distance. You have two options for tap water: warm and very warm. Running the water will not get it any colder. 'Very warm' was fine for the shower. All in all, I believe this is a good option provided you have no need for wifi.

This property was extra clean, the freshness in the air when you walked in the building and the staff was so professional and caring. I had a family emergency and had to stay extra night and the staff understood and made it so very easy to extend my stay and take my family's emergency. Thanks to the super staff.
