Internet was down when we arrived which made check in a little difficult. Staff apologized for the situation that was out of their control. They continued to make us feel welcomed regardless and secured all our luggage while we went out for dinner. A short time later we received a phone call to tell us our room was ready whenever we were

This property has all the old New Orleans charm that you would expect and it is beautiful. However, we were on the second floor across the street from a bar. Their music was soo loud that it rattled the glass in the windows and we had to request to change rooms at 1am. Not good for someone looking for a quiet getaway that is recovering from cancer treatments.

The King Rooms overbooked received Double Bed room (now an upgrade *wink, wink). Pillows on chair without pillowcases, the hunt and wait for clean linens was minimal, just annoying when tired. Morning Breakfast a la Starbucks in the Lobby
