This was my first time in NOLA ! My stay at the Courtyard by Marriott French Quarters was comfortable, pleasant, Checking in was quick and staff were welcoming and friendly! Honeymoon spectacular

We decided to make our trip to New Orleans our honeymoon and I have nothing but nice things to stay. Just close enough to the quarter to get to everything. Just far enough to be a (little) quieter. Jada at the front desk was absolutely phenomenal and even gifted us a little honeymoon treat by way of free breakfast and cocktails. Nye (sp) at the bar was equally as sweet. We definitely recommend. Stay in a balcony room for sure!

NOLA Stay

The staff was awesome and had excellent customer service. As far as cleanliness, we were put in a room that had blood stains on the side of the mattress. When I brought it to the attention of the staff they immediately apologized and moved us to another room. No one cleaned our room until the day before we left and we were there 3 days. Again, the staff was awesome.
