The non smoking room we were given was full of smoke. They gave us another room and that room had a bad door lock. Three try’s and then they had to bring the master key to unlock our door. The rooms were fair at best. Have to say the two desk clerks were kind & really tried to help.

Wrong room

The hotel manager gave a customer the wrong room number and the customer proceeded to pound on my door. This was a very bad experience and I have called their customer service department to complain.
