The rooms are outdated, 10am and the pool was closed. On the bright side the staff was friendly and helpful. The kitchen service was amazing.

Reserved 2 beds and sofa sleeper and room was not available. Person at desk refunded the difference in price but concerned cause would have been a problem if our other family member didn't cancel. Hesitant about using if we can not have sleeping arrangements for everyone.

Arrived after dark parking lot was not well lit, front entrance was filthy and several guest were smoking directly in front of the main entrance. We had to walk through a cloud of smoke to enter. Hotel was VERY noisy. Children / people running in the hall late at night. Doors slamming didn't get to sleep until after 2 am. Horrible night and waste. If this were a $39 / night it would still have been OVER PRICED. We spent $234.

I know a hurricane had just come through the area a few weeks prior to my stay and I understood the grounds being in disarray, I also realized (and understood) the hotel was full of displaced people. I checked into my room, went to the 2nd floor and was greeted by the smell of death...my room had mold/mildew on ceiling and drapes, crack in ceiling were it appeared water came in. Dogs were barking from every room. It appeared the carpet in halls had been wet and dryed, but the smell was unreal. Hilton SHOULD NOT have this hotel open for business. I spent less the five minutes in my room when i started having difficulty breathing from the smell, mold, mildew. I went down to front desk and checked out, lady at front desk was very nice. HILTON, YOU NEED TO CLOSE THIS HOTEL UNTIL REPAIRS ARE MADE.....I was so disappointed in the Hilton name.
