The receptionist made me wait for 20 minutes just to check in. I’ve never seen a hotel take that long for check-in. Then, when I got to the room, it smelled terrible — very unpleasant, and even the bedsheet wasn’t properly arranged. It looked like the room hadn’t been cleaned at all. There was no toothpaste or toothbrush provided either. Overall, the quality was extremely poor, especially considering the price was not cheap at all.

The room I reserved was not ready at check in. We waited an hour only to be put in a different room. When entering the room it had not been cleaned. Neither bed made and trash all over the room. After going back to the front desk, we received another room. The final room had dirty towels in the tub! I was told the GM would email me but still no email!

It was adequate and quieter than I thought it would be, thankfully! Price was good. Location nice. There is construction going on so dusty but upgrade is needed. Front check in staff very nice and hardworking. You do have to seek out housekeeping as the posted sign reads or they will not come into the room but every 3 days.
