Located in The Picayune—a beautifully restored historic building once home to The Times-Democrat newspaper—this fully furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo with a private balcony overlooking Camp Street blends classic architecture with modern comfort.

- Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During this time, please keep noise to a minimum to respect the neighbors and other occupants.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely lofted condo in NOLA. Very roomy and nice to each have your own bathroom. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen well stocked with what you need to make your own meals and the host was extremely responsive to any questions or needs you have. The instructions to get into the building and other logistics were well communicated in advance. They also provided a great list of favorite restaurants. Location is excellent. Easy to walk to French Quarter and also to get the trolley into the Garden District. Would highly recommend.

This property was absolutely amazing!! After we drove seven hours to get to New Orleans from the Atlanta area, we arrived and loved the space, the amenities, the convenience to everywhere and everything! It was comfortable with beautiful exposed brick throughout the interior, floor to ceiling windows that open up to a balcony overlooking Camp Street and super comfy beds. I will definitely want to stay here again as I’m in New Orleans often to see my family. Thanks!!!

Our host, Brittanie, was wonderful and provided all of the information that we needed for a great stay. The condo is just beautiful and very spacious. We appreciated the cleanliness of the unit and its central location. It comes with a beautiful covered balcony for people watching and enjoying some outdoor time. It is located just above a lively nightclub and can be a little noisy, but honestly, it didn’t really bother our group of 4 adults- just something to keep in mind if you’re sensitive to that sort of thing. Overall, this was a great rental property that we would certainly love to visit again in the future.

This unit is perfect for visiting the French Quarter, the WWII museum, the riverfront, and catching the trolley to the garden district. We were able to easily walk to all we wanted to do. Access to and from the airport via ride share was easy. No need for a vehicle. The unit was perfect for two couples. Very quiet for the most part. We chose to stay in on Saturday night and that turned out to be a bad idea. The downstairs bar/restaurant played heavy bass music at a bone vibrating level on Saturday. We were relieved that it stopped promptly at 10PM. All other nights it wasn’t an issue. Had we gone out on Saturday we might not have even known about the noise. I am adding it to the review because no one else has mentioned the noise from the downstairs. We would have planned dinner out and been less stressed if we had known the music would stop at such a reasonable time. Communication with the host was awesome and the unit was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this unit.

Not sure why anyone would ever stay at a hotel in NOLA when fantastic properties like this exist. The location was perfect. The unit was immaculately clean. The overall experience was 10 out of 10. I can’t recommend this place enough. You won’t be disappointed! We loved it!
