We took the train from mobile to New Orleans and arrived to hotel at 11:00 am. Asked to hold our luggage so we could do some exploring and they gave us the keys to our room. Our room was clean and comfortable.. easy walk to Superdome and smoothie king arena. Not bad walk to French quarter or river walk. Would definitely stay here again

Staff, security, there was an emergency evacuation that was a little bit inconvenient, considering it wasn’t anything at all. Walking down nine flights of stairs with a bad leg did kind of suck. Other than that, everyone was very nice. The beds were comfortable.

Great place to stay if you are going to the Superdome or the smoothie King. You are able to walk or take a quick Uber. Staff was very friendly and the Room was amazing and very clean.

It's quite a nice hotel, let down by a very rude & incompetent front of house team lead by Tamika Harris, they got my status wrong at check in cause the person kept talking over me & not listening, even removed my card before I could even enter my pin. I extended the booking & asked three times to merge bookings & kept getting told to come back, then woken up saying they needed my card. When I went down to relay this to Tamika, she kept talking over me, rather than listening to then cancelled the rest of my booking claiming I was the one with the attitude. She is clearly very unhappy & inept & I was very happy to take my money elsewhere.
