We were early, but told 20-30 minutes for our room to be ready. 2.5 hours later, I went back to the desk (for the 3rd time) I was told the room had been ready and I should have received a text. I never received that text. The wall paper was peeling off down our hall in the north tower and some other areas. Gotta look better /do better if you’ll expect people to pay super bowl pricing next year.

The toilets are very low. Room food service never answered the phone and when I went to place my order and took my purchase back to my room a part of my order was missing. The fro t desk were friendly and house keeping was great.

Huge sprawling property designed to ensure one got totally lost a few times. Too much walking for us seniors. But it's gorgeous and well set up for lounging in the bar and restaurant. The food is a hot mess. Poor quality and overpriced....needs a serious overhaul.

We reserved a Superior Suite for an Anniversay trip. The hotel could not find our reservation when we arrived. The front desk person takes my drivers license and then disappears for 30 minutes. Upon her return, she advised they do not have the suite we PAID for and reserveid however she could put us in another suite with a living room. She tired to give us a room with two queens beds and then a SECOND room down the hall for a living room. I explained this was unacceptable as living room and bedroom needed to be connected to each other. After an hour of waiting, she finally get her manager. The manager advised they would refund us $400 for the suite and we would just have a normal room with two queen beds. We have still not received the $400 refund. Bedding was HORRIBLE. Bring your own pillows. The elevator was broken on the first floor. All guests had to haul their own luggage up three flights of stairs to get the the elevators on the 3rd floor. No bellhops were available when we were checking in however I will add they were available when we checked out and did a great job. The elevators were borken during our entire stay. (30 floor hotel) The decor of the hotel was great! The bar and restaurant was good. Location was excellent!! Our experience was good other than check in, the lack of comfort with the bedding and being scammed to pay for a $650 suite and given a normal room with no refund

This hotel was immaculate! By far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. My wife and I were very impressed. The staff was EXCELLENT!!! The view from our room was incredible. The food from the restaurants and bars inside are great with great service. The location is perfect. You can walk everywhere. We went across the street to the Saints game and they check your bags and keep your car parked for FREE until after the game. I’ll most definitely be back.
