Overall we had a good stay. The only negative comments I have are that the air conditioning did not seem to be cooling in the room, the pillows were very flat and uncomfortable, and there was very poor water pressure. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Staff have me a 40 minute run around for microwave. First it was on my floor. Then it was on10th. Then “we’ll bring u one. Then it was on another floor. Took a while because the once solid brand had only two people working and there was a thirty minute break one of them was taking. Break from what at 1 am in an empty hotel. No wonder it was empty. No more Hyatt, after years of respect and recommending it. Now I know

Lilly is the best staff member my wife and I have encountered in a very long time! The tall lady at the front desk that works the later shift to be specific!! I don’t care what she makes She needs a raise!!! I run a similar business and I advise anyone in management reading this to cherish this employee and compensate her properly for the kind of professionalism she offers while she’s still there. She needs to be training every employee in that building. I have the tendency purposely not booking the same place twice, but I will definitely be going again just because of the customer service we received on New Year’s Eve.

We stayed in the North Tower over New Years to attend the Sugar Bowl. For some reason, there was no cold water working, only scalding hot water. The water was so hot, no one in my party of 4 could take a shower. We called to have it fixed twice. The first guy told us to just let it run and it would eventually cool. After a half hour of running the shower with no temperature change, we gave up. A tech came up the next day, told us we weren’t the only ones with the issue, stayed for an hour and it was never corrected. After another 30 minutes of running the shower that night, it was still scalding. I don’t know what was going on, but they were not going to fix it. Good luck to the next visitors. The staff did say they would refund our money, but so far, zero has been credited back to us. Lesson learned.
