The building was quite beautiful. I especially like the lobby area and the bedroom use of wall color and rehab. The airconditioning in the lobby was so cold that it was not possible to sit in the bar area without extra layers of clothing. The breakfast was very disappointing for $20. It reminded me of the breakfasts at the motels on I-95 going south that come with the room

Our 1st trip to New Orleans - will not be our last. This is the friendliest and most helpful staff in the world! Stunningly beautiful historic hotel. We parked in the garage a block away. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Our only regret: we didn't encounter one of their legendary ghosts. We enjoyed a wonderful stay! Many thanks for everything!
