Not a great experience overall
We had a bit of a rough experience. When we first got there the front door didn't work because the Internet was down. We had to call the maintenance guy to give us the code to the back door. When the Internet finally came back up the next day, it still didn't work. The keypad on the door is reliant on the Internet connection. Also the front door locks automatically after just a few minutes. This is extremely inconvenient with the front door not being able to be unlocked from the outside.
Then when we asked the maintenance guy where the crib was as it is stated on the listing that one is available, he said there wasn't one on property. We have small children and that would have been helpful. Also the listing didn't say anything about the house being close to a bar. That would have been nice to know as we have small kids and it became very noisy at night.
In the kitchen there was only one trash bag so we had to go buy some. The water also cut off in the middle of my shower, so I had to run out to the shed to reset it. There is a switch on the hot water heater that controls the temp and the water cutoff, that has to be reset time to time. The emergency maintenance contact was helpful at times but not very apologetic. They did message us time to time to provide helpful tips like with the hot water heater.
Just wasn't a great experience overall.
