North of the noise and saturated color of the Quarter is a New Orleans neighborhood that’s perfected the art of living. “Welcome to Mid-City,” read the signs on the neutral ground. And that’s truth in advertising. It’s the kind of place where your auto mechanic invites you to a crawfish boil and a total stranger may buy you a drink at an Irish pub or a cannoli at an Italian bakery. Take the red streetcar line up Canal to the Cemeteries (Mid-City’s dead neighbors are as interesting as the live ones) or bike the new 2.6-mile-long Lafitte Greenway that stretches from Basin Street to Carrollton Avenue and, conveniently, past a po’ boy shop or two – or 17 – with a sno-ball shop and a micro-brewery thrown in for good measure. Buttermilk biscuits. Live music. A bowl of Vietnamese pho. Who wouldn’t want to visit? Eat. Drink. Get up here.

Mid-City puts you right in the rhythm of New Orleans - close enough to catch the Canal Streetcar to the French Quarter, steps from the Endymion parade route, and easy walking distance to the Superdome, Bourbon Street, and some of the city's best live music. This three-bedroom home is built for groups who want space, comfort, and a real base for everything the city has to offer.

Living space
The open living area is where the group naturally gathers - settle into comfortable seating in front of a 70" HDTV loaded with Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Chromecast, Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, and Netflix. A ceiling fan keeps the air moving, and central air conditioning and heating ensure the home stays comfortable whatever the weather. A dedicated workspace with fast Wi-Fi is tucked into a common area for anyone who needs to stay connected between outings.

Sleeping arrangements
Each of the three bedrooms is set up with a king bed, room-darkening shades, premium bed linens, and generous clothing storage including walk-in closets, closets, and dressers. With 2.5 bathrooms - one featuring a bathtub and another a walk-in shower - six guests can move through the morning routine without a bottleneck. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel are all provided.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen centers on Frigidaire stainless steel appliances - electric stove, single oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. Everything you need for a proper meal is here: cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, a toaster, baking sheet, hot water kettle, and a drip coffee maker to start the day right. Pull up a chair at the dining table for a group meal before heading out for the night.

Outdoor living
The fully fenced private backyard is one of the home's standout features. Gather around the fire pit on a cool New Orleans evening, fire up the gas BBQ grill, or set up a game of cornhole on the lawn. Outdoor furniture gives everyone a spot to sit and unwind. Two covered off-street parking spaces are included at no charge, and an on-site Level 2 EV charger (220V, 12-35 mph charge rate) is available for an additional daily fee.

Family-friendly & practical
Traveling with little ones? A pack 'n play and folding high chair are available upon request, and babysitter recommendations can be arranged. In-unit washer and dryer are free to use, and an iron is on hand for anything that needs a refresh. The home has a private entrance, a smart lock for self check-in, and exterior Ring cameras on the property (no interior coverage). A smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit are all in place. A laundromat is also conveniently nearby.

Location
Trader Joe's is a short trip away, and the home's Mid-City location puts Mardi Gras, Essence Fest, NFL games, and major concerts well within reach. The Canal Streetcar connects you to the French Quarter and beyond - New Orleans doesn't get much more accessible than this.
