The hotel was not able to make room keys and we had to be escorted by hotel staff in order to use the elevator and open the room door. However, all the staff was friendly, respectful and ready to help and make us feel welcome.

The people working here and the location are the key to their success. Parking was expensive and it takes forever to get your car from valet....but again friendly. Champagne reception during happy hour. The room was sub par. Double beds instead of queens and the fixtures in the shower/tub were barely hanging on. All cold showers for two days. They comped us some food in the lobby for our trouble. Cleaning service didn't come regularly and if they did it was in the late afternoon or evening. Ice machine broken. The location is great, and again the people were fantastic and friendly.

It was very easy to check in. The gentleman that helped bring our bags in and parked the car was very friendly. The ladies behind the desk, the bar tender Kurt and concierge were all great.
