The entire staff was perfectly perfect in any and all requests. I have only issues with in-room appliances. Our original mini-fridge didn't work and had to get a replacement. I will they were slightly bigger. There was no microwave either in the room. When we requested one, it was promptly brought but was inoperable as well. I would have given it a 5 Star rating, but will only give a 4 Star. I would rebook with this property 100%.

Would not book here again.

Booked a room (months in advance) for 2 doubles beds. Upon arrival they told me my room wasn’t available & that they “upgraded” me to a king and pull out couch suite. Our ac did not work, they had to bring up fans for us. This suite had stairs, that my toddler kept trying to climb and the pull out couch was extremely uncomfortable. They refused to give us any kind of discount or offer us another room. So disappointed.

I loved the location across from the convention center and Riverwalk. French Quarters was a short walk away. Plenty to do and see even if you didn't have a car.

I can’t believe I had to leave this property within hours of checking in. After a long day at the airport and dance rehearsal immediately after, I finally arrived to my loft-style suite room to relax and refresh and that did I not. First, I noticed my bathroom was filthy and missing a trash can on the entire upper level. I called the front desk to request housekeeping. I decided to watch TV while I waited. I searched the entire room- no remote control! After waiting 54 minutes I decided to clean the shower myself to get a shower with the intentions on leaving the room immediately after. While showering, the door handle completely comes apart and the handle to adjust the water is missing. I have photos of everything. Upon exiting my room, I noticed the housekeeping cart parked outside my room and no one to be found. After a long heated dispute with Navoje- a supervisor at the property, the housekeeper on duty (Lilly) made up a story and I was offered the same room, but I would’ve had to wait for it to be cleaned. I asked for a discounted rate or some type of compensation and she said a new room was the only thing that she could do. Keep in mind, I had a 5-night stay. While waiting in the lobby searching for other hotels the lights kept flickering like a horror scene. If I could give this hotel 0 stars I would. Stay far away from this place it looks like it’s going out of business anyway.

I absolutely LOVE the location of this hotel. Staff and room layout was amazing! I have allergies so my sense of smell is heightened. The smell of mildew hit me as soon as I opened the door (vent filters need to be changed) to my room. I used coffee grounds to help eliminate mildew smell. Room did not get as cold (due to windows), mattress needed to be replaced, a few ants in room and bath water did not get hot. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and plan on returning. I just need a different room. :)
