Getting Around:
Walking is the best way to get around in the downtown New Orleans area and when you get tired, rideshare (Uber/Lift/KrewCar) and taxis are generally readily available. Or hop on one of our famous streetcars to see two major routes throughout the city. The St. Charles Ave. streetcars are Green and head away from downtown on St. Charles Ave, into the Garden District, where you will see the beautifully maintained mansions, passing Loyola and Tulane Universities, Audubon Park, and the Audubon Zoo. Red Streetcars travel along Canal Blvd. from the Mississippi River out to City Park. The streetcars are cash only, unless you buy a pass.
The Hop on Hop off tour buses circulate around some of the more popular areas of downtown and offer pickup every 30 minutes.
The Algiers Ferry is a fun way to get across the river. It runs from Canal Street to Algiers throughout the day. Algiers is small and very walkable. Enjoy a quick bite to eat or just enjoy walking through the historic houses.

Bicycle rentals are also a great way to get around and can be rented from various locations throughout downtown. There are bike rental options like Blue Bike with multiple locations throughout the city and tour companies that have guided bike tours.

Wonderful stay

This apartment was perfect for two couples who were visiting the city. The location is two blocks from canal street and an easy walk to the French Quarter. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We were able to visit and see everything on our to-do list, even with covid restrictions.

The condo was perfect for our stay - location was within walking distance to the WWII museum, French Quarter & Riverfront. Plenty of dining options nearby. Great NOLA condo!

Good location in Central Business District with short walk to French Quarter. Very clean, comfy beds, and all amenities you will need to have a great stay in NOLA. WWII museum a must see. French Quarter 2 hour walking tour with guide Josh very good. Food anywhere exceptional. We love the Big Easy:)

Perfect Location in Awesome Condo

From our first contact with the property manager, Barbara, it was a great experience. The condo is close enough to the French Quarter for convenience, but far enough away for less people and quiet. The condo had everything we needed for two couples and was well stocked. We would definitely stay there again!

Great condo that is centally located

The condo is nicely appointed, decorated and functional. We had our family of 4 there for a week with plenty of room for everybody to sleep, eat and relax. The location is central to the French Quarter, Canal Street and the Central Business District. We would highly recommend staying here and will look into staying here again if we visit New Orleans again.
