Beautifully decorated, Spacious open floor plan you will absolutely love this home. With high ceilings, large dining table/area, along with a full kitchen. 6 queen beds and a queen sofa sleeper, There is a private fenced yard with outdoor dining set. Perfect rental for large groups. Off street parking!!

We enjoyed our time at this beautiful property. Very clean and spacious! I loved the fact that this property had parking on site so we did not have to park on the street. Location was very convenient and even though it wasn’t walking distance to downtown/Bourbon, you would be there in 10 mins or less. The host was amazing and provided all of the information needed to make check-in and checkout easy without complications. I would definitely book this property again if/when I return to the area.

Beautiful property. Very Spacious. Family of 5 and can accommodate more. Amenities exceptional. Convenient location. Check in easy. In NOLA in August and it was Extremely hot but the house central air was perfect. Place well stocked for everything we needed. Host responsive but had no issues. Everything went smoothly for our stay. Very safe neighborhood. Our daughter is attending college. We will stay at this location again if available when we come to visit or on move in and move out time.

good location, plenty of space, cute house and yard.Messaged to see if we could have a late check out, never heard back and cleaners showed up before check out and waited in driveway.no cooking spices provided, did some of our own cleaning when arrived.

Beautiful and Great Location

My family and friends loved this home. It has more than enough space and it was close to everything within a 2-3 mile radius. Airport was 10 miles away. Neighborhood was quiet with nice neighbors. The home was beautiful and looked exactly like the photos. Everything we needed was stocked. My favorite spot was the kitchen. Definitely will recommend and stay again. Quick response time from property manager.

Family trip

Our stay was Fabulous! The house was perfect for my husband and I and our son’s and their spouses. A close Uber ride to everything! Would definitely book here again! We felt safe and was in a quiet neighborhood.

Business trip with family

My fiancĂ© & his dad on business & my mom & I went along. As another review said, upon arrival the area appears a little sketchy but was actually quiet & fine. We had No issues. One Uber driver mentioned it’s a good quiet area. I went back & reviewed the listing before writing this bc upon arrival I was surprised the 3rd BR is upstairs. It’s not really conveyed in the listing/pictures (that I could find) We had to rearrange sleeping assignments as to who was in the BRs with shared bathroom but overall not a big deal. House is very clean & nicely decorated/set up. Could use some attention in the maintenance dept, one side of fence in back is falling over, one downstairs BR the flooring is having a major issue there’s a huge hump in the floor & if gets worse the door to that room might not close, same room - door knob almost completely falling off, railing on stairs to upstairs BR wobbly. WiFi was spotty upstairs at times. None of these minor things affected our stay. But I fear if the floor isn’t fixed soon it could be bad. (Ironically my fiance & dad are flooring inspectors & that’s why they were in town for convention) Host was great with communication. Check in & out very easy. We had rental car & loved the driveway parking. House is quick drive to airport and tourist areas & we found close by good neighborhood food & grocery. LOVED not having long list check out duties. The price/house was great deal & we enjoyed our week & would stay there/other hosts properties again!!

Check in was easy. The home is located about 10 minutes from the French Quarter and 30 minutes from the airport. Some of the other homes in the neighborhood are also vacation rentals. Very clean and the home has extra blankets and towels.

Great stay

We were a group of 6 and really enjoyed the house. It has a well stocked kitchen and there was lots of room for all of us. Check in and check out was seamless and super easy. Close to bourbon and Frenchman and it was really easy to Uber back and forth. We had no complaints. Would highly recommend this listing.

What a Stay!

We had an incredible New Year's stay at this fantastic house in New Orleans! The place was spacious, clean, and perfect for our group of friends. The entire process, from booking to check-out, was seamless and easy. The location was ideal, allowing us to explore the city easily. Very nice house!

The house was very nice. Very clean and nicely setup. The backyard has a nice table, grill and corn hole setup for entertainment. The kitchen has plenty of plates, utensils and cups for the entire family. The cooking pans and utensils are the best of any house we have stayed at in the past. We were able to walk to the superdome and the canal streetcar. The streetcar takes you right into the quarter and is about 4 blocks from the house. The neighborhood is in mid city so I probably wouldn’t go out by yourself after dark but walking in the daytime was no issue. There is a house being built next door so it is a little loud with the workers but that didn’t bother us since we didn’t spend much time there during the day. They wrapped up daily around 5. The host is very responsive and easy to work with. I would recommend this house and stay there again.
