Great boutique hotel on St. Charles. They don’t have a restaurant or bar on site but you are right on the streetcar line. The staff was super helpful & waiting on us for arrival. The stay was comfortable. Parking was a breeze.

The property was so cute and unique. I love the decor, it was unlike any hotel I've ever stayed. The only thing I didn't like was there was a green neon hotel sign outside our window and the curtains did not stop the light from getting in at night.

TY for the great experience

Everyone was so helpful, even if they had No Clue how to help. It did take 20 minutes and the help of other ppl staying there, to get checked in! and 4 times the first night my keys had to be rekeyed!

The front desk staff members were friendly, but NOT knowledgeable about food & beverage in the area. They sent us to a horrible, filthy pizza place down the street!! They also had no knowledge of the trolley schedule!! It goes by the front door! The room was comfortable and mostly clean...the mini fridge had not been cleaned after prior guests. The worst thing was an awful, sickly sweet perfume smell in all of the public areas...literally made us nauseous.

The staff was friendly and helpful, we met to the CEO. He lead by example, there was an issue with my card, he assured me that we could take care of it the next day. The bank was closed and he said I trust you, he knew we had been on the road for about 7 hours, tired. He told us to go and enjoy dinner and we would take of of pàying for our stay. I will stay there again.

Soacious rooms, loved fhe floor plan, safe to be in and around, fun things to do within walking distance. Only low point was the lack of parking. I got lucky and didnt have to drive for fhe one day/night we were there, but finding the spot was also pure luck. Other than that, it was an amazing stay.

Lov s this place for a very reasonable cost. Street car stop right outside hotel that can take you many places in the city very cheaply!
