Come to enjoy and explore what LIVING IN NEW ORLEANS is all about! Ready to tour the city all day and return to a great home base at night? Sip your coffee (or adult beverage!) while strolling the brick paved streets? Take in the ambiance of the Crescent City’s French Quarter? Our pied-à-terre (home) is your best choice in a fabulous location with easy access to everything treasured that one must see in this fine city!

We are steps from Bourbon Street within close walking distance to everything!

This historic building has been carefully converted into apartments taking care to retain the beauty and charm throughout each home. Granite counter tops, high ceilings and polished wood floors are all part of her character - and await your arrival!

This very safe and secure building includes: elevator, fitness room, and rooftop deck area with fabulous city views!

Our spacious 800+ sq. ft. apt. is a tastefully decorated 1B/1B, fully equipped with everything you need for your home-away-from-home experience. It has a large living/dining open concept with comfy queen sofa sleeper for extra guests.

The bedroom has a queen bed and leads into a large combination walk-in closet/dressing area with vanity table & chair; washer and dryer located here; the bathroom is en suite.

IDEAL OCCUPANCY is 4 adults. But please reach out for a conversation if you have 5 in your group.

HAVE A CAR?
GARAGE PARKING is available in the garage next door, please ask about our rate - it is considerably less than what the garage charges. The garage is staffed 24/7, well lit. NOTE: (1) VEHICLE, 7'-0" MAX ENTRANCE, NO DUALLYS OR OVERSIZE VEHICLES. The GARAGE DOES NOT HAVE AN ELEVATOR, you will self-park on level 3 or above. If you have mobility issues (or several bags), ask to be let off at the building entrance before the car is parked.

KITCHEN INCLUDES: oven, range, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer/ice maker, Keurig, toaster and water cooler! We have coffee pods, non-dairy creamers, and sugar/non-sugars, too.

We provide bath conveniences: 2 hairdryers, lots of soft towels, extra linens. There is also a washer/dryer in the apartment with laundry supplies, located in the walk-in closet. We do not provide toiletries.

Other comforts you will enjoy are central air & heat; ceiling fans; 55” TV (cable provided) in both the living & bedroom; and complimentary high speed Wi-Fi private to home.

IMPORTANT POLICIES - PLEASE REVIEW:
WE DO NOT ACCEPT 3rd party rentals. The person that books is the person that stays. Our House Rules reflect this as well. If you book for someone else your reservation most certainly will be canceled. Thank you for your understanding.

Our home and building is a NO SMOKING/NO VAPING/NO PARTIES or GATHERINGS/NO PETS property. You may smoke on our balcony w/the sliding door closed, please. The balance of our building is non-smoking, etc. in all public spaces with the exception of the rooftop deck. Violators will be asked to leave immediately.

As this is our home the above mentioned are NON-NEGOTIABLE. Offenders will be asked to leave immediately, without refund, and may result in an additional cleaning fee. We have a CAPACITY LIMIT of 4 guests, but will accommodate 5 - just ask!.

When you send a booking request you are confirming you understand our policies and will honor them - and we're very appreciative!

WE RECOMMEND purchasing TRAVELER'S INSURANCE if you visit Nola during H season (we don't say the word). Vrbo will not cover you. We only refund if there's been a mandatory evacuation ordered.

If you have questions prior to booking, my response time will be within 3 hours as long as your message is sent between 8AM and 7PM CST.

Great Property

Great communication as the trip approached made for a super easy check-in. Beautiful little condo with great sound proofing. The balcony faces Bourbon street, only half a block away, and the sound of the music from the bars was only faintly audible.

Great location, property and communication

We loved our stay!! The apartment was so well designed and has great amenities. Well decorated, plenty of seating, loved the exposed brick walls.We loved having a balcony that overlooked Bourbon Street (though not directly on, it overlooks roof tops, we could still people watch a bit and listen to the music!). Apartment has great A/C if you happen to be there during the warmer months too. Loving having the access to a washer and dryer if needed. The property is also in a secured building which made us feel safe. Great location about a block off Bourbon so easy to walk to everything in the Quarter. We didn't have a car so no comments on the parking but you definitely don't need a car if staying here.Great communication once booked, very specific details about access, amenties, and the neighborhood. AS a planner I loved this! Quick responses to questions we had. Bonus that when we had a later flight and no one was checking in after us, we were able to leave our bags whicle we still explored. We'll book again for sure!Also highly recommend Palm and Pine for dinner!!!

Center of the Action

The apartment is within walking distance of a couple neighborhoods. Plenty of sightseeing and shopping. This was our 4th time in New Orleans and our favorite place to stay so far. At the end of the day, it was so nice to go to a quiet, clean place away from the noisy activities of the French Quarter.

SO MUCH FUN! We had not been back to the area since a mission trip after the hurricane. So happy to see how vibrant the area was. This was the perfect place to stay. Parked in a garage around the corner and we could walk, trolley or Uber everywhere we wanted to go. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Communication was great! Would recommend to friends and family.

fantastic location!

this was my billionth visit to new orleans, but my first time staying in the quarter. our host was VERY thorough with written instructions on parking, getting into the building, expectations while staying, and departure. for a one-bedroom apartment, there was ample room to spread out and get comfortable. i loved the separate dressing area with mirror, sitting chair, table, space for hanging clothes. the balcony was an excellent amenity. you could look out onto bourbon street and hear the music nightly. our host was available via phone or text anytime we needed her. in fact, we forgot two suitcases on our way out of town, and she was readily available to remotely let us back into the apartment. there was even a parking garage a street over so we didn't have to find street parking. i'd definitely stay here again.

Spacious apartment, great location!

I appreciated the detailed instructions given by my host, which made getting to the building and into the apartment quite easy. Wonderful amenities - washer/dryer, full kitchen, terrace facing toward Bourbon Street, water cooler - all great! Alas, it was too cold to try the rooftop pool, and I didn't notice the first-floor gym until someone was using it (and had turned the lights on). Safe, quiet building, but a bit of noise from late-night revelers on Bourbon Street does come through, so it helps that I am a sound sleeper. Highly recommended for 1-2 guests!

The property was everything promised - cozy, located close to Bourbon Street, and next to everything! Yes, the music at night was a little loud, but the bedroom is located where no noise gets in. Love the decor and amenities - it was everything we needed! We would stay again. :)

An Amazing Stay

From beginning to end, even before the trip started. Michelle was a gem; she kept me updated, stayed in contact, and was just very helpful. The condo was right in the action and was able to walk or catch a ride if need be. For future stays, this will be our home away from home!.

A unique experience

We arrived at the start of a once in generation snow blizzard. The appartment was very clean and decorated with the feel of Bourbom Street. Unfortunately with the snow and ice, everything was shut down during this rare weather event. Terrific stay!

The location is less than a block away from Bourbon Street. It’s so conveniently located but also you can hear all of the Bourbon Street noise at night. Our host was so accommodating and responsive. The inside of the property is really cute. There was even a Christmas tree. We definitely would choose here to stay again the next time we are in NOLA

Awesome NOLA experience!

My husband and I stayed in Michelle’s apartment the week before Thanksgiving. It was everything and beyond what was in the listing. Excellent accommodations, amenities, and location! Her detailed notes and recommendations were very helpful and answered many questions we had since this was our first stay in NOLA. Her home was clean. Furniture comfy. We felt safe around the neighborhood. We would highly recommend her home to others and would stay there again.

This was the perfect place for us to stay. You are not on Bourbon, but steps from Bourbon and you don't hear all the commotion from Bourbon. Michelle was so easy to work with and so very nice! We will definitely stay here again!!

Great clean safe place right in French Quarter.

If you are looking for a nice, clean, and safe place to stay at the heart of the French Quarter, this is it. It’s not on Bourbon Street but it is Bourbon street adjacent. You can see a sliver of Bourbon street from the balcony and you can definitely hear Bourbon street practically all day and night. Didn’t bother us or our sleep. It becomes background noise. I made a bunch of restaurant reservations before arriving not really knowing where everything was in reference to the place but everything was in walking distance! Even the tour operators were in walking distance. Great central location. The host is so very responsive and very clear and detailed with instructions, before, during, and on checkout day. Highly recommend!
