This hotel has old world charm and is located within easy walking distance of everything we wanted to see in the French Quarter. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet. We parked at a lot across the street (~$40 day). The area around the hotel itself is what you would expect in down town New Orleans. When we checked in, the staff were less professional than I expect from a 5 star, but that may have been a random occurrence. Overall, I would definitely recommend it if you don’t mind a little older feel and appreciate the elegance of days gone by.

Wonderful interior. The staff were excellent and helpful. They went above and beyond to retrieve a ring we had dropped down the side of the sink. The food options are excellent too. Walkable distance to the French quarter and other attractions. Love the espresso machine in the room also. 5/5 stars for us.

Our room was a fabulous luxurious king bedroom with lots of space and designer decor. The bathroom was huge and beautiful with a walk in shower. But what was tge best part was Frederick the bellman who was so friendly and courteous and John Foxx who was the doorman who was so welcoming and lovely. Also, the roof top pool was a wonderful place and the water temperature was perfect and a very efficient staff. We would definitely return to this glorious place.

Everything was amazing, the staff, the rooms, comfy beds, beautiful designs, etc… when we arrived at 5 am, many hours before our check in time, the front desk attendant was so kind and helpful by giving us a room early since we were so tired and needed rest after our long travels. It’s a wonderful, luxurious hotel. Highly recommend!

The building is beautiful, the staff were all friendly especially Randy at the front lobby. We loved the roof top pool and the Spa. Very convenient and close to attractions. We came to celebrate our anniversary and honestly have no complaints. The restaurants on site are all good! I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is amazing when it comes to customer service. First we were allowed an early check in and a late check out. That’s always a plus. While in New Orleans we were treated like we were part of the family by the rooftop pool bartender Coco. We felt like we didn’t need to go anywhere else and let me remind you that we were in New Orleans! Thank you we will definitely return.
