You may experience racial profiling.

It is over a week now and i am still waiting for the call and or acknowledgement from the management after very rude service and racial profiling at the observatory bar. Even at check out the problem was not acknowledged. Safe to say this is not a very safe or welcoming environment for all and sone of the staff are vile. In my case it would be a lady named Brenda. I was given an address to email by a nonchalant front desk staff named Elvie, she provided the staff members name. Unsure if it is even correct. I called Expedia after the encounter as i had zero confidence in the respinse. Expedia was provided with a new address and reassurance that someone in the management team would check in on me. I sent the email to the new address. Still waiting.

It’s located in a very convenient place. There’s lots of things to see in walking distance. I love that it’s on the Mississippi river and you wake up and look out your window and see the sun rising. It’s a beautiful hotel.
