got slapped with a “destination fee,” where they charged us $30 a day for absolutely nothing. we didn’t come to new orleans to eat in our hotel restaurant, we came to explore the city. tacking on this fee and exclaiming it’s “mandatory” is insane. i will be reaching out to corporate for a refund of my money.
