The room was excellent, my issue was the day of my check out I went down to eat breakfast came back to my room and my key was deactivated. I went to the desk had my key reativated as check out wasn't untill 12, went back to my room and the key still didn't work. Waited 7 minutes for s4curity to come up check my ID only to tell me that I wasnt the person listed for that room. Security entered the room where all of my belongings were including my law enforcement credentials and proceed to tell me I should have locked it up. Then Security calls the main desk for them to tell him that I was listed to be in that room. No apology for the issue. I have stayed a several Westin before and this is unacceptable.

Good central location was the only positive. Our room was dirty, and located next to the elevator motor, so we had to hear a motor hum everytime the elevator was used. Their computers were down upon arrival so They couldnt charge their "resort fee" racket. The next 2 days they hounded and berated the room with phone calls asking for their resort fee. Im here to vacation not be followed around due to your error. An employee came to our door at 9:45pm after we just got back to the room and requested we pay the resort fee. Your computers should have been working, my responsibility isnt to correct your mistake. FIND ANOTHER HOTEL. Their reviews are bad for a reason. Went to conceirge to scheulde taxi for airport tranfer and was told she would schedule a ride for us. I verified 2 hours later to see if taxi was ordered and low and behold... of course she forgot. Such a simple task, but they couldnt even get that right. AVOID THIS PROPERTY. The stay here made the vacation terrible.
