The staff was nice and the room was clean but several things had been neglected inside the room. The Tv did not work, the lamp was broken, the shelves in the closet were broken, the toilet was broken at the base very unstable, and the ac- heater would not turn off either all cold or all heat. Worst of all I found a lizard on the stove one day of my stay. To which I notified the staff and they told me it happens all the time apparently. I wasn’t in my room much during my stay but when I was I would discover things that made me have to complain and notify the staff of it. I spoke with the manger, Brandy about my concerns. She was very nice, but not very helpful in the process.

I drove 7 hours to stay there and when I got there the young girl at the front desk canceled our room and gave it to someone else. She told us that we have to get what’s available even though we prepaid for a double room suite. She was very rude. We were out of state almost got screwed until the manager came in and helped us. She gave us a room that was needing repairs but we had no choice at the moment. It smelled bad and the carpet was messed up. The food was ok. I would definitely not book there again if I was going to be an hour late to Ari Al time because they will give your room away regardless if you paid upfront.

Roach Motel, horrible water pressure and temperature, and TV didn't work. I'm from NYC so the roach thing doesn't freak me out too much, but it's still unacceptable. I'm a paying customer and should be getting quality.

The breakfast was not as good from our past experiences. The staff was nice and courteous. The fence by parking was down but not sure if the property was responsible for repair. The room waa clean but some of the lights were out. The bathroom door would stick and was hard to close. The safety lock or dead bolt for our door would not work.

Should Of Payed $1 To Stay There It Was Horrible

It was very uncomfortable for the price the ac & toilet didn’t work cleaning was only 2 times a week not one of the house keeping staff spoke English so that was inconvenient for me only plus was the general manager who tried other than that I wouldn’t recommend that place to a person who had no other place to go

It was hot in room 225

The staffing was amazing. The room 225 they gave me air conditioning wasnt working. I informed the front desk and maintenance left at 4:30pm. Nothing was done able it for the price i paid for the room. You would think they would of moved me. Wasn't a happy camper.
