Hotel was immaculate. Rooms were perfect for a couple to stay. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Definitely recommend this place for anyone travelling to New Orleans.

Okay stay

Bit hit or miss. Some front desk staff friendly, helpful and some a bit disinterested. Lobby cafe good. Fitness area good. Rooftop pool more like a large bath, and rooftop bar has views, but only views of New Orleans business district. Unable to turn down aircon. One of the movement triggered vanity lights wouldn't turn off and despite reporting it, no action taken. Twice had to get new room keycards having got to the room and them not working (didn’t keep them next to the phone). All that sounds a bit petty but they add up. An okay stay but not as efficient as i would expect from a Virgin branded product.

I had a fantastic stay at Virgin Hotel NOLA. From the moment we checked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly hospitable. The atmosphere perfectly blended classic New Orleans charm with a modern, stylish twist—from the lobby all the way up to the rooftop. While the food at the hotel wasn’t particularly impressive, it wasn’t an issue at all given the abundance of amazing dining options nearby. The highlight of my stay, aside from the exceptional staff, was the room itself. Every detail in the layout felt thoughtfully designed with the guest’s comfort in mind. I especially appreciated the clever separation between the bedroom and the powder room area. This will definitely be my go-to hotel whenever I’m in NOLA!

I was pleasantly surprised after staying at the Virgin hotel. I’m classically a Marriott guest and one of the first things that impressed me about my stay was how well appointed the rooms are. The design elements proved that they took special attention to meet the needs of every guest. From the motion activated lights to the decoration of the rooms. Virgin leaves no stone unturned when it comes to stylish comfort.
