The rooms and property was nice amd clean BUT THE POOL & HOT TUB was not working and the water in the hot tub was brown and the pool had a film over the water. It smelled awful. They finally put up an out of order sign when I complained. I went there because of the indoor pool and hot tub for 3 nights but was sadly disappointed. Three couples together expecting to use the pool and hot tub: but it was so out of order.

I love to go here to stay but I notice that i get neck pain all the time I wake up from sleep. I guess it’s their pillow. Maybe they should provide options for people who sleep on their back, or with those with back and neck issues. Plus, the curtain in the shower area does not really do it’s job as water still splatter to the bathroom floor and cause flooding. I need to put 2 big towels to dry up the floor. The hotel should check on this and adjust the curtain rod in each room. Instead of curvature curtain rod, why not a straight one? Other than these, the hotel and staff are great.

Good hotel. Reasonable price. Located in safe area and very closed to my temporary job. I will surely choose to stay here again in the future.

I only met the desk host. She was great and got us checked in quickly and with our any issues. Overall, the room was not in good shape. The desk was dusty and still had debris on it. Some of the sheets and pillows were dirty and the restroom was in bad condition with the toilet bowl having stains and the bath tub needing a good scrub. We luckily only spend one night.
