The pool was visibly dirty. We stayed 2 nights. My Sis really wanted a nice pool. This was not nice. The overall hotel was nice and the rooms were very clean. The breakfast eggs were not good at all. Don't taste like scrambled eggs. Other than that, the breakfast was good. Just a bit disappointed.

Check in was fast but only problem with their check In Was that no communication when breakfast times are and WiFi connection. 2 night stay first night okay but second night their was a very large wedding reception in their convention center. Sign said do not enter but that was the only way to get to the swimming pool/work out room. Wedding party took over half of the lobby area where complimentary games, fire place, sofa/chairs are at. Also they used all the outdoor lounge area. So our laid back relax time In the lobby was limited to our room. Other then that facility was nice.

We like the hotel specially the staff they are very friendly and helpful. We was disappointed that the hotel does not feel like home, specially on Sundays while every store and restaurants are closed and there is nothing to eat. What if you supply simple snacks with coffee and tea like fruits and cookies will appreciated very much.

Wonderful hotel in Ohio's Amish Countryside.

Hotel was great, breakfast was much better than the other hotel we have stayed at in Berlin. We will definitely be staying here when we visit the area.

Girls trip! Repeat visit here. Beds very squeaky. Poor water pressure. Rooms very clean. Check in easy. Polite staff. Decent breakfast. Modern lobby. Nice outdoor seating area but only one fire pit. 8/10.
