This place is a gem. Located right in the heart of town, it was easy to explore all that Berlin has to offer. Breakfast is typical continental fare, but there are so many other places to eat, that it’s not a problem if you want something else. The hot tub room is quiet, but is located down a narrow set of stairs, so if you have mobility issues, something to consider. The kitchenette area super convenient but note that like any other standard hotel room, it is not stocked with cooking items, and there is no cooktop. Overall, i would stay again in a heartbeat (and likely will!).

Beautiful room, nice breakfast, just one problem with the fire alarm going of just before midnight and continuing for 10 minutes because one room had people vaping in their room! Very inconvenient for other guests!

This used to be my "go-to" place to stay when i came to town. This time I'm really disappointed, the hotel is dated, it is no longer staffed, you must check in at a sister location down the road. I prepaid 100% months in advance. They charged me an additional $50 once I checked in for "incidentals". I used 1 bar of soap and a hand towel.... still waiting for a refund. The bed was comfy, the road noise was terrible. The fire alarm at 11:55pm was not fun, had to dit in the parking lot for 30 minutes waiting for the system to be reset. No offers of compensation or apologies.

We had to go to a different property to check in because there is no staff at this location. Older property that needs to be renovated. The room had an old smell to it. The room was at least surface clean. Breakfast was nothing more than continental. Self serve because no employees here. Someone set off the fire alarm at midnight. It seemed like it went off for 20-30 minutes-again no staff at this location. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else. You get what you pay for.

Had an overall good trip. Room was nice, traffic noise was a little loud. The toilet needed to be cleaned around the base. And need some sort of air freshener. Just had a stale smell
