Come unwind & enjoy all that New Preston has to offer in our brand new house on Lake Waramaug. Our cozy, yet bright and spacious retreat gives you all of the amenities of modern living with the charm of a vintage lake house. Take a kayak out for a paddle, hike the Pinnacle Trail, just a short walk form the house to the trail head. Hopkins vineyard is just up the road along with many fantastic restaurants. Do some shopping in the quaint New England village center just a half mile away.

I loved this house! It’s a great location. The house was super clean. I am an interior designer so I’m pretty picky. It was just a really pleasant cozy lake house. It has really pretty views of the lake from a lot of the windows. The manager was super nice and came over Quickly if I needed anything. There was a glitch with his email and Expedia so try his phone number and he will respond right away.Highly recommend!
