This sunny coastal condo offers a great getaway, but please note that daytime construction will occur on the property from mid-August through the fall season. To compensate for any daytime noise and workers on site during weekday hours, we have already applied a special, heavily discounted rate to your booking.

This top floor unit provides exceptional comfort, no guests above you and unparalleled views. From the balcony, the ocean, pool courtyard, and vast expanse of this car free section of the beach is everywhere you look. Enjoy breakfast and happy hour with mesmerizing views, or just relax and soak up the warm sunshine. The kitchen is fully stocked, the bonus room has a very comfortable twin and the master king has terrific natural light and views. There is an app operated laundry room just a few steps outside the front door.

Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided at the owner's discretion.

Condo and building grounds are really nice!

Condo was nice, clean. The king bed was very comfy. view was great. There was a bit of construction with a seawall going in but didnt bother us. We enjoyed our stay,even with the cooler weather.

Great stay!

My family loved our stay at NSB. The unit was just as advertised. The view from the balcony was amazing for watching the sun rise. We also got to see two rocket launches from the balcony during our stay. We really enjoyed the use of the full size kitchen, and loved all the space in the master bedroom. Communication with the host was excellent. Hope to visit again soon!
