A215 If you are looking for a condo sure to please the whole family, you won't want to miss this picture perfect 2 bed/2 bath oceanfront unit. Win-San's complex is the closest oceanfront condo to Flagler Avenue shopping, dining, and more! With just 42 units in this family friendly community, you will have plenty of room to relax at the pool. The unit is clean and bright, and the price is exactly right!

We call this unit a "poolside townhouse". This is a two-story unit boasting lots of light and ocean views from patio. The living room and kitchen have wonderful ocean views and slider doors that flow directly out to balcony overlooking the pool and beach. The master is spacious with a king size bed and overlooks the pool. The spare bedroom has a full and a queen-size bed, both bedrooms have TV's as well as the living room which has a queen size pull-out sofa bed. There are two full bathrooms, one is upstairs between the two bedrooms and the other is conveniently located downstairs off the kitchen. Washer and dryer are on site but not in the unit.

We pride ourselves on ensuring that every unit is clean and bright, and this complex is no exception. Amenities such as sheets, towels, cookware allow you to just bring your suitcase. Management is available whether it is a question about your unit, or a restaurant recommendation, we are there to assist! We manage many units in this complex so we can also accommodate a large group for your next family vacation. Had a great time watching rockets from the beach!

We were there for a week, very nice location right on the beach and off flagler. The condo was very well equipped, it had everything I could need for a great vacation. I'd rent it again if I end up back in New Smyrna Beach!

Great beach property

We really enjoyed our stay, the condo was amazing and we are super happy we got to stay there. On the beach, super close to Flagler Ave with a ton of restaurant choices. The only issue was the internet, giant pain to connect to and we all had issues and had to call the number, internet connections should be much easier

We love WinSan

We love WinSan! We've been going there for over 30 years. We are right on the beach and have excellent views. The pool is wonderful! Only draw back to C215 is the neighbor/owner next door smokes and the cigarette smoke comes over to our balcony and through the extra bedroom door. Otherwise the unit is great.

Overall a very good location & comfortable condo. The rooms are in need of a deep clean. Layers of dust on the blinds, sticky pantry door, cupboards and remote controls. Carpets upstairs could use a good steam clean.

First time visiting New Smyrna Beach and definitely will return! Condo was very clean when we arrived and beautiful! This is a very family friendly place and very quiet! Microwave broke and they brought another one within a few hours of calling. I love that we had assigned parking spaces so we didn't have to worry about having a space to park when we went out. I also loved that you didn't have to wait in line to check in after traveling all day! Loved the keyless entry! Everything about this condo was amazing you will not be disappointed!

Our family has been

Our family has been coming to WinSan for 31 years and have always been happy with the services provided and the overall WinSan experience. We rent multiple units during the week (this year 9 units). Over the past 2 years, having 2 different realty groups managing the property has made it very disjointed. Procedures are different depending on which company is responsible for the unit you rent. This makes it hard on us, the renter, to know what the expectations are. In addition, a binder was left on the table of my unit with old information in it but with the realty name at the top. Communication is not good. WinSan has been better managed in the past! In my opinion it would be much better to have one group managing the entire complex.
