This second floor unit (stairs and elevators) is well appointed and waiting for you, steps to beach and 2 beautiful pools, one that is heated in the winter months. Enjoy all New Smyrna Beach is known for while you relax in this centrally located community. Great club house and shuffle board courts await you or just relax on the outside deck overlooking the ocean or head down the steps and put your toes in the sand your choice! Condo comes equipped with all you need, king sized bed in the master, California closets with drawers and shoe racks, 2 wall mounted TVs , fully equipped kitchen and more. It even includes a second room with a full size bed , this unit is perfect for the snowbird looking for a get away from the cold and would be available for monthly rentals!

The host said the condo would have everything I would need and it certainly did. He was very welcoming and easily accessible, even telling us we could get in early when previous renters left earlier in the day. When there was a power surge which affected the router, he worked quickly to get the resume the internet. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location

The condo was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed for our stay. From kitchen accessories to beach chairs and noodles, we had it all. The location of the condo is just perfect. We were a short drive from Publix, many stores and fantastic places to eat. Just a 5 minute drive to Flagler avenue and the Breakers (our favorite). Across the street is a combination market and dollar store. We walked over frequently to shop for necessities. It also has a nice Italian restaurant, a liquor store, a laundromat, and nice salons for hair and nails. We were in a perfect location. Of course, staying on the non-drive beach was great and the 2 swimming pools were a bonus. The entire staff at the facility was friendly and very helpful to us. We enjoyed renting with Dominic. He patiently answered my many questions prior to our arrival and he checked in with us on occasion to see if we needed anything. We were very pleased with the entire experience and we would highly recommend booking this condo.

NSB Condo

Property was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. The kitchen was very well equipped. There were plenty of basics such as towels, wash cloths, bedding. The area was quiet and a short drive to stores, restaurants, etc. Although the condo complex had construction going on during our stay, the clubhouse and pool area was kept very clean. Unfortunately, the condo is rented already for next year otherwise we would definitely go back.

Perfect place for a working vacation

My hubby and I were looking for a place where I could work and we could enjoy the warmer weather. This condo was perfect! It has everything we needed. This rental met all of our needs and wants. The pool area was nice but we spent most of our time on the beautiful beach. Dominic was great to work with.

Little Piece of Heaven

The condo was everything and more than described. It was beautifully and tastefully decorated and cleaner than any other vacation rental we have stayed in. The owners were so kind and accommodating. I needed a blender for health supplements and they graciously made sure there was one in the condo for me. They were easy to get in touch with when we had questions and great recommendations for restaurants. The beach was beautiful and perfect for long walks and watching the sunrise every day. We plan on visiting this condo again in the future and highly recommended it for your get away.

Wonderful

Every part of this condo was fabulous. It was like walking into a brand new home. So tastefully decorated. Very upscale appliances. The kitchen was outfitted with anything you could ever need. The amenities provided were abundant. The towels etc. were brand new and top notch. Beautiful plantation shutters. A bit back from the beach but a dead on view. I would go back in a heartbeat. Dominique and Debbie were available and immediately responded to any questions. Just a note, the second bedroom was created in a small space and the bed is snug in the room. The master bedroom is awesome with a walk-in closet. I could go on and on about how fantastic the owners have created a rich interior. My only suggestion would be a small lamp on the side table in the living area. It was one of our best stays and, being in the travel profession, I've experienced a lot!

Great property and great stay

We loved our time at seacoast gardens. Dominic was a great host. checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. And we did. apartment was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. really hated to leave. Won't hesitate to return.
