We loved staying here! The owners were responsive to any questions we had. It was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The location is perfect. It’s right next to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Weekend getaway

Just wanted to stay at the beach for 2 days for my boyfriend’s bday. We have a dog and take her everywhere so that was a plus with this villa! It was super easy to book! The owner had good communication. It was clean and had full kitchen.Location is perfect! Steps from the ocean! Blocks from all the restaurants, shops and bars.Will definitely book here again!

Beach just steps away…

This was the perfect weekend getaway. We stayed in Villa number two. It was clean and quaint. The property manager was very easy to deal with, and he made an accommodations for us. I love the location. You could step out of the villa and hear the ocean. The beach was just a few steps away; it was not crowded and the views were beautiful!

We had an unforgettable 5-day stay at Joy by the Sea in New Smyrna Beach, Florida! This private resort truly exceeded our expectations. Just steps away from the beach, we were able to enjoy breathtaking sunrises every morning. The pool area was perfect for lounging and unwinding after a day of beach fun.Our studio was exceptionally comfortable, well-stocked, and beautifully decorated—everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Parking was a breeze, and we loved the peaceful, oceanfront atmosphere. Plus, the property is conveniently close to some great local restaurants, making dining out a breeze.The best part? Ryan, the host, was incredibly responsive, friendly, and made us feel right at home. We're already planning our return trip!
