The room had roaches I asked the front desk to switch our room they told us to wait until the morning I told them this is unacceptable they changed our room and the room they moved us to has roaches as well

My “non-smoking” room was definitely a smoking room. My clothes smell so bad of cigarettes from one night there. The bath tub dripped non-stop so I left the tv on all night to try to help drown out the noise. I would have closed the bathroom door but I literally didn’t have one.. You couldn’t pay me enough to use that shower barefoot. AC unit didn’t work. There was a large crack in the door going outside. The only good thing I’ll say is the staff was nice. There’s a reason this place is so cheap. You get what you pay for.

Uninhabitable-don’t go here!
Looked like someone cooked a batch of meth in the bathtub. Manager refused to change rooms citing extra expense. I didn’t want a refund, just a functional tub! Wanted my kid to put towels down to hide the tub when they showered. I’ll be calling alameda public health to order an inspection. Also found dirty tissue behind the trash can…smh

"hotel gone broke"
The front-desk person was courteous and helpful. The room was "horrible": 1) heater was broken 2) phone was broken so unable to call front desk 3) bed had fitted, which was over-laid with THIN blanket which was then covered by a fitted sheet ... there was NO comforter or bedspread ... so I folded the fitted sheet and THIN blanket to keep warm as there was NO heat 4) door to bathroom was semi-broken 5) front-door lock was semi-broken

Not clean, a difficult problem of reluctance to invest. There is not even a heater to make a cup of tea, no refrigerator works, the air conditioner barely works. There is none. . Feel like showering in the shower it looks so bad I do not recommend anyone to come to this place

This place was terrible the only thing good was the speedy check in. I was scared I was either going to catch scabies get bit by bed bugs or take a roach back home
