The front desk staff at check in was rude. It was a late night for us to check in, a little bit of hospitality would have been nice. The staff the next morning was more helpful and pleasant. The room seemed dirty and not maintained very well. There was paint peeling on several surfaces.

I was not even able to enjoy my stay here because i payed for my room online with a debit card provided to me from RED CROSS (due to a house fire) , but due to the fact the card just says RED CROSS information & not my name i had to provide staff with another debit/credit card stating my name!!!! I just got into a traumatic house fire losing so much & i did not have that.. i Should have been serviced MORE

The lobby was nice but then the room was not up to code. There were little bugs all over the bathroom and I put my food down on the counter by the bathroom and bugs were in my food. It was good purchased from the restaurant within the lobby. The bugs looked like fruit flies. The sink only gave out hot water and not cold and my hands were burning. I had to use the shower to wash my hands. The service at the main desk however was nice there was a yong man named Addison and a young lady ( whose first name has Maka in it but I cannot remember the rest) very nice people. The front desk manager was awesome as well.

Despite my having a very late (midnight) and very last minute reservation and check in, the staff were attentive and helpful. They greeted each person with a smile and were efficient in processing the line of folks stranded, as I was, due to bad weather. Rooms were clean, spacious and WiFi was great. A very positive experience. And thanks for the in room coffee!
