Stayed overnight while at Newark. Very convenient and the restaurant was great. Staff was amazing as was the shuttle driver. The timing and schedule of the airport shuttle was unclear but the shuttle drivers were all super helpful

The hotel was ok. What I did not appreciate was the lack of consideration for guest comfort. There was no complimentary water offered. Staff was very impolite when asked about it upon my arrival. I arrived after midnight had to go to my room to realise there was no water. Then go back downstairs to purchase a bottle of water that cost $7.00. Unacceptable! No microwave was another discomfort which was located on the first floor close to the lobby. At least have them on each floor if you have further safety concerns. The rooms were not cleaned properly. I came back and found garbage around the room and the bathroom floors either weren’t swept or mopped properly. I would not stay here again.

A good stay overall for cruisers.

The overall stay was good. I had booked the hotel through hotels.com but at the receptionist I was informed that the booking was under expedia.com, that left me confused. Also the breakfast option was not included in the price which was a little disappointing. Also parking costs were an additional $21 also not included in the price.
