Didn’t like the food from the hotel restaurant so had to uber eats which can be a bit pricey. No safe was in my room and the fridge was leaking. Room was clean and bed comfortable however you could definitely smell when someone use the bathroom from the adjacent room. The shuttle service guys were nice, friendly and very helpful.

Worst Holiday Inn ever!

Stay for three night and no room cleaning service at all, we have to go to front desk ask for clean towels everyday and when we asking why there’s no cleaning service, the front desk staff say “did you request one?” We are very surprised, never heard that you have to go to the front desk every morning if you require room to be clean up, I don’t mind they didn’t make up the bed , but at least give us towels and empty the garbage, we never have any problem with this brand of hotels. Last day when we check out we asked for receipts, the front desk refuse to give us one and said we are booking from hotels.com, so we should ask them for receipts, then my husband said we still need to pay parking, then he is willing to print it out with all of our room charge from our credit card, we didn’t pay anything through hotels.com, so we should have a receipt with the hotel, we feel this hotel is very dishonest especially front desk people, will avoid this brand from now on, I’m not sure if we need to request cleaning service everyday, what’s the tag in the room for , what a joke

It was everything we needed for an unexpected overnight in Newark after a cancelled flight. The shuttle service at the crack of dawn was efficient and friendly. Unfortunately we had to leave before breakfast was served, but I was able to get a nice cup of coffee in the lobby before heading back to the airport.
